    FormatsandguidelinesAll proposals for contributions must be in English and follow the sample document available at

    http://www.nights2013.eu/?page_id=41 (justpasteyourtextinto thesampledocumentwithout changing itsformat).In

    additiontotheproposaldescription,specificinformationmightberequireddependingontheformat,asexplainedbelow.

    Allauthorsshouldmakesurethattheyareauthorizedtousethematerialpresentedat theconference,includingcopy-

    rightedmaterialifany.Incaseofprojectpresentation,pleasealsoincludetheprojectnameandID,fundingagency,and

    statusofthework.Atleastoneauthorforeachacceptedcontribution(orincaseofpanelsandworkshopsofeachindi-

    vidualcontribution)mustregistertotheconferencebytheearlybirddeadlineinordertobeincludedintheconference

    programandproceedings.Authorsofapprovedcontributionswillbeaskedtosignacopyrightform.

    SHOWCASE/MULTIMEDIAPRESENTATION:please,sendanabstractof1-2pagesdescribingthecontentoftheproductor

    multimediamaterialyouwouldliketopresentattheconference,specifyingauthor(s),affiliation(s),contactinformation

    andincludingapreviewofthehard/softwarematerial(video,picture,audiofile,etc.)thatisplannedtobeshownatthe

    conference.Acceptedabstractswillbeincludedintheconferenceproceedings,whiletheaccompanyingdigitalmaterialwill

    onlyconsideredforreviewingpurposes.

    GroupornetworkcontributionsPANEL.Thisformatisrecommendedforaclusterofcontributionsonthesametopicorfromthesameproject,groupor

    network,whicharemeanttobepresentedanddiscussedinclosesequence.Panelswillbedevotedafull90-minuteslotin

    aparallelsession.Please,sendapaperof2-8pagesspecifyingtheformatselected,andintroducingthetopicofthepanel,

    thepanelorganizersnamesandaffiliationsaswellaseachplannedcontributiontothepanelwithrelativeauthor(s),affili-ation(s)andcontactinformation.Acceptedpaneldescriptionswillbeincludedintheconferenceproceedings.

    WORKSHOP/ROUNDTABLES.Workshoparemeanttogatheranumberofpeople/expertstoworkinteractivelyarounda

    topic andexchange ideas; theremightbe shortpresentationsbut thediscussionwillprevail, leading tonew advances.

    Workshopswillbedevotedafullsectioninaparallelsession(90minutes).Please,sendapaperof4-6pages,specifying

    formatselectedintroducingthetopicoftheworkshop,workshoporganizersnamesandaffiliationsaswellaseachplanned
