CERTIFIED COPIES OF PANCHANAMA

The service facilitates citizen's who want the certified copies of Panchanama where the

Panchanama is already done. Certified Copy of Panchanama service can be applied after the

2) Select Certifies Copies of Panchanama Service in Revenue Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Now Certified Copies of Panchanama Request Screen will be displayed as depicted in Figure 3.

4) Enter Applicant details such as Aadhaar card Number, Applicant name and Father/Husband Name as depicted in Figure 4.

Note: - Here we can also fill document details with the help of Aadhaar number.

5) Enter Address such as Door No/H.No., Street/Ward/Locality, District, Mandal, Village/Town, Mobile, Land line No, Email id and Ration card No as depicted in Figure 5.

6) Enter all Panchanama details such as File No, Office (either RDO/Tahasildar/AD/ Municipal Commissioner/ DD), District, Mandal, Village,wheather you want to select survey No/ T.S.No., T.S.No., Block, ward and delivery type as depicted in Figure 6.

Note: - Here, Select Office either RDO/ Tahasildar/AD/DD/Municipal Commissioner.

Note: - Here Fields are changed based on selection of T.S.No or Survey Number. Here I am selection T.S. No

7) Collect the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the Certified Copies service page scan the documents and upload into the system, as depicted in Figure 7.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. Note: Ensure that the Panchanama details of the Land is accurate as the concerned mandal officials visit Land Address during the verification of his/her Certified Copies particulars.

8) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in figure 8.

9) Collect the amount from the Citizen and click Confirm Payment to submit the request as depicted in figure 10.

10) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure 11. The receipt will contain the Certificate delivery date. Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not accept the request.

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your Request for

Certified Copies of Panchanama has been entered vide Application Number, Transaction Id and

sent to Dept.

11) On submission, the request will be sent to the work flow of the respective Department for

further processing.

12) Once the request is approved by Department, then Certified Copies will be dispatched through courier to the citizen address if the Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.
