Gaining both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in benchmarking research,which will enable them to start a benchmarking implementation project in their ownorganization.
Afer-course
Te afer-course phase aims to acilitate a better understanding o the course subject andit is comprised out o the ollowing:
Applied Benchmarking – submit an action plan to state the changes you intend tomake in your organization, 3 days afer the training course;
Benchmarking best practices sharing - submit a PowerPoint presentation that youwill deliver or your colleagues on key topics covered during the core course, 3 weeksafer the training course;
Results presentation – submit a document containing the results achieved byollowing the action plan, 4 months afer the course.
At the end o the training course, atersuccessully completing a certification exam,participants have the opportunity to obtainthe Certiied Benchmarking Proessionalstatus, a premier global certification dedicatedto rigorous benchmarking practice.
Participants will take a inal test that iscomposed out o 75 questions. In order toreceive the diploma that acknowledges theircompetencies in the field, participants mustobtain at least 50 points.

Andrada is Senior Benchmarking Specialist and certified
trainer within Te KPI Institute.
Andrada is coordinating the Benchmarking capability o
Te KPI Institute and is responsible or the first benchmarking project o the company,
which seeks to provide a comparative analysis o the hospitals’ perormance in the
GCC States. Moreover, she is in charge with developing and delivering courses both on
Benchmarking and Cross-cultural Management, and research activities which involve
documenting KPIs in various unctional areas and industries. Andrada is also one
o the active editors o the Perormance Magazine, publishing articles in the field o
perormance management.
Her work experience acquired in consulting and account management significantlyimproved her communication and negotiation capabilities. Also, as an employee o
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty Munich, she developed project management skills
and acknowledged the importance o cultural differences management in a multinational
with a diverse working environment.
Andrada is also a PhD candidate in Engineering and Management and discovered her
passion or research during her Masters studies at the echnical University o Munich,
where she obtained a degree o Master o Science in Consumer Affairs and conducted
various research on behavioral marketing, strategy and leadership.
She is internationally certified in working with KPIs and regularly attends international
conerences, where she publishes research articles in management field. She is also a

Any withdrawals have to be announced at least two weeks beore the beginning o thecourse, through ax or e-mail. In this situation, the attendance ee will be reunded,less $400 retained or administrative expenditure.
