MARKINGS The manufacturer is required to apply the following markings:

• Products shall be marked with the markings specified by the particular product standard. • Products certified for Canada shall have all Caution and Warning markings in both English and French.

Additional bilingual markings not covered by the product standard(s) may be required by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to provide and apply these additional markings, where applicable, in accordance with the requirements of those authorities. All markings required by CSA must be permanent and legible. Devices or components shall be labeled in a manner to ensure that all markings are visible after installation. Where it is not practical to place the markings directly on the device, component or material, the markings shall be located on the container or packaging and/or literature accompanying the device, component or material. The content consists of:

• manufacturer's identification; • CSA Mark with “C”, “US” indicator; • Qualifiers “NSF/ANSI 372” or "LLC" or "LOW LEAD CONTENT" below or adjacent the CSA Mark*; • product identification (optional).

*The word “ONLY” shall be adjacent to the qualifier if the product is being certified only for lead content and bears no other CSA certification. Products shall be installed in Accordance with the Local Code of the Authority having Jurisdiction. Note: In addition to the marking requirements other symbols used by industry (such as but not limited to: a grey dot, "low lead", circle with a check mark) are permissible. ALTERATIONS The markings shall be as specified above. FACTORY TESTS No factory tests required. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIELD SERVICES 1. TESTS Project 2253386: No was testing performed. The maximum specified lead content of Meter Setters series #6010, 6011, 6012, 6020, 6022, 6029, 6030, 6031, 6032, 6033, 6034, 6035, 6040, 6050, 6051, 6052, 6060, 6065, 7010, 7020 and 7025 as per the declared alloy grades was used in determining the percent weighted average of lead. The calculated percent weighted average of lead was found to be compliant to California Health and Safety Code 116875 (Assembly Bill 1953 - 2006) and Vermont Bill S.152 “An Act Relating to the Prevention of Lead Poisoning Exposure to Lead in Consumer Products”. All files related to the certification of the Meter Setters are kept at CSA International -Toronto Facility under Project 2253386. Models previously verified as Low Lead (Class 8853 01) under project 160622-2195234 moved to Class 6853 01 based on previous evaluation. Model series 800, 810, 811 and 812 were removed from the listing as low-lead versions of these models are not currently produced. Project 2669929 Additional models (Series 41, 44, 81, 83, 98, 110, 155, 173, 205, 213, 230, 240, 244, 281, 292, 307, 311, 321, 351, 361, 424, 430, 431, 432, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 8405 and 8407) were added to the list of certified products. The additional models are manufactured using the same materials as the previously evaluated models and are therefore component compliant and meet the requirements of NSF/ANSI 372-2010. No additional testing was required. All documentation supporting this project is kept on file at CSA Group – Toronto under file 160622-2669929. Project 2720384 New alternate rubber material, NBR compound from Silicaucho of La Estrella, Columbia, evaluated and approved. This material is currently listed by WQA to NSF/ANSI 61 and therefore meets the Lead Content requirements of NSF/ANSI 372. Service saddles and repair clamps series 425, 435, 825, 835, 1625 and 1635 evaluated for Low Lead content. The wetted materials in the models are SS 304 and NBR which have all been previously evaluated and approved. New models are component compliant having a Weighted Average Lead Content of <0.25%. No testing is required. Subject models meet the Lead Content requirements of NSF/ANSI 372-2010. All documentation supporting this project is kept on file at CSA Group – Toronto under file 160622-2720384. END OF REPORT
