The tool can be combined with a Geometry pig, which incorporates and

Internal navigation system (INS), that enables 3D software

representation of the pipe run, showing deformations, misalignments,

bends, elevation changes and directional changes to the pipe. The

software is easy to use and allows for full documentation of the entire

pipe location, readily available on customers computer.

VALVE LEAK DETECTION QUALIFICATION, LEAK SEALING

MAINTENANCE, AND REPLACEMENT Site experience has shown that 5-10% of valves leak, and 1-2% of valve

cause 70% of total loss. Saving in excess of $ 100 000 per site are easily

achieved. When crude and gas recovery systems are in use, monitoring

product valve leakage helps to identify and estimate the extent of the

downgrading of valuable products to crude and gas due to valve leakage.

PIPELINE PRE/DE-COMMISSIONING Newly constructed or refurbished pipelines are pre-commissioned to

ensure that the pipe meets the requirements of its Owners or Operators.

has been laid without significant defects and is in a condition suitable
