The following summary of Irina Pavlovskaya's learning outcome is the result of an ongoing dialogue processbetween Irina Pavlovskaya and her mentor Paul Smyth during the whole activity.

The following description of learning outcomes is a reflection related to the Key Competences for lifelonglearning recommended by the European Parliament and the Council in December 2006.

Communication in mother tongue

Ability to switch quickly between two languages.Improved translating skills through explaining local culture to Russian native speakers during travelling.New vocabulary knowledge connected to youth and social work, politics, international cultures.Teaching foreigners Russian words, expressions and grammar basics.

Communication in foreign languages

1. High standard of communication skills in verbal and written English through:- Taking phone calls, answering queries etc. that come into the Public Achievement office on a daily basis- Writing articles for WIMPS (Where Is My Public Servant) website, social media content, reports and e-mailsetc.- Keeping in contact with local politicians and networking partners- Event organisation2. Ability to distinguish regional accents and adapt language to the setting of the situation; understanding oflanguage and key terminology in its political and cultural context.3. Ability to network and approach people for fund raising or campaigning on events, workshops or conferences.
