Die HERZ-Heizkörper-Thermostatventile 77XX (7728, 7758, 7759, 7733, 7745, 7746) der Reihen HERZ-TS-90, TS-90-V, TS-90-FV, TS-90-Kv TS-90-E und TS-E, in sämtlichen genormten und nicht genormten Bauformen (siehe Lieferprogramm) sind mit einem unter Druck tauschbaren/nachrüstbaren Spindel-O-Ring abgedichtet. Die Oberteile können (ausgenommen TS-E) unter Druck getauscht werden. An die Universalmuffe sind Gewinderohr oder Kupfer- u. Präzisionsstahlrohr anschließbar. An die Gewindemuffe der Reihe TS-E ist Gewinderohr anschließbar. Die Sitzdichtung ist weichdichtend, die Gewindetülle ist metallisch dichtend. Im Rahmen der HERZ-Qualitätssicherung sind Material- Maß- und Funktionsprüfungen festgelegt, sowohl die Einzelteile als auch das Gesamtprodukt betreffend. MATERIAL: Gußmessing EN 1982 - CC754S - GM, mit Fremdüberwachung der Legierung. Messing-Gesenkschmiedestücke EN 12165 - CW614N Messing Drehteile EN 12164 - CW614N oder CW617N Spindeldichtung und Sitzdichtung aus EPDM, Beschaffenheit nach DIN 3771. HERZ-Thermostatic Valves – VUA-40, VUA-50, all types

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE ORDER 2.1 According to EN 10204 HERZ VUA-40 and VUA-50 7783XX, 7784XX and 7786XX four-way valves with one-hole connection for thermostatic operation are special fittings for radiator connection from below with intake and return connected to fittings both on the radiator side and on the pipe side. All HERZ-VUA-40 (50) valves (see catalogue) are sealed by means of a spindle O-ring that can be changed/retrofitted while the system is under pressure. The upper parts too can be changed while the system is under pressure. The pipe side is suitable for connecting either plastic or copper or precision steel pipes. The threaded bush on the radiator side provides a flat seal. The seat seal is a soft seal. Versions for 1- or 2-pipe systems are marked on the valve body. Under the HERZ quality management system, specific material, dimensional, and functional tests have been established, both with regard to the individual components and the complete product.
