Introduction This course is designed for Registered Nurses (General) to equip evidenced- based clinical skills and knowledge to function as nursing specialists for the care of critically ill patients. Students will be provided with most updated clinical evidence and practical knowledge that will assist their clinical practice and decision making in the intensive care setting. Registered Nurse registered at Nursing Council of Hong Kong

Medium of Instruction

English with Cantonese.All teaching materials, examination and assignments will be in English.

Certification Participants who have attended at least 80% of the course and passed allassessments will be issued a Certificate of Attainment.

100 CNE points; CME (pending)(Hong Kong Baptist Hospital is a CNE provider accredited by the NursingCouncil of Hong Kong)

Assessment Test and Written Examination

Tuition Fee $8,600 for the whole course including arrangement of clinical observationin ICU/CCU/Cardiology setting(HKBH staff enjoys 20% discount)

Prerequisite Participants are required to hold a valid ACLS-P certificate.
