You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility
for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for
Benefits.

ment and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to
actively manage all aspects of your health + care.
Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and
participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you
need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.
Health Club Reimbursement
Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic
club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees
up to an annual maximum of 1200 BRL .
Healthe at Cerner is designed to help you Live Well throughout the course of your life by offering programs and services that span across the entire continuum of health + care.

Health Care
Medical
The SulAmérica Especial 100 health plan will be available to you and your fam-
ily when you have completed your enrollment paperwork and SulAmérica has
approved your application. Cerner pays 100% of the associate premiums and
you are responsible for dependent premiums.
The Especial 100 plan offers quality health coverage including:
Inpatient and Outpatient Hospital *in accordance with Agência Nacional de
Saúde Suplementar (ANS) requirements

Leaves & Life Insurance
Leaves Cerner provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the abil-
ity to balance personal and work needs – including illness, bereavement time, and
other time away from work. Leaves are administered in accordance with the Brazil La-
bor Laws and collective bargaining agreement.
Life Insurance and AD&D The Zurich life insurance premiums are paid for by Cerner and associates are eligible to enroll upon start date. The coverage includes:
Life at 2x annual base salary Total Permanent and Partial Disability at 2x annual base salary Accidental Death and Dismemberment at 48x monthly base salary Funeral benefit for associates and dependents

Time Off Time Off
As a Cerner associate, 30 days of annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly, with pay, for rest, relaxation, and other personal time.
Illness Cerner time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home
from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eli-
gible associates:

Holiday Cerner recognizes 16 public holidays per year.

Additional Benefits
Associate Assistance Program
Cerner has contracted with New Directions Behavioral Health and Cerner HealthPlan Services to
provide Cerner with an Associate Assistance Program (EAP). New Directions provides pre-paid
counseling services by licensed counselors. Associates and/or their family may access this ser-
vice via telephone. Service is available on a variety of topics (i.e. work, family, personal). New Di-
rections’ specialists provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to participants.

Meal Vouchers
Cerner is in the process of implementing meal vouchers at the amount of 24 BRL per day, 22
days per month. The effective date for this benefit is not defined, but we are working diligently
to have this established as soon as possible.
