Darshan is a Partner leading the Forensic Services practice in Mumbai with substantial investigative and forensic accounting experience in USA and India. He has been with the organization for over 22 years out of which, he spent 9 years as part of the forensics practice in New York. He has over 14 years of work experience across practice areas of Forensic accounting, Disputes & Litigation.
He specialises in large multinational forensic accounting investigations, anti-bribery investigations, arbitrations and resolution of post-acquisition purchase price disputes as well as matters involving the determination of damages. He has assisted clients in various forums including the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) London, American Arbitration Association (AAA) and several ad hoc arbitrations in the United States and in India. His clients are from a variety of industries including advertising, automobiles, agro-chemicals, energy, media and entertainment, manufacturing, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

He holds a Bachelors degrees in Pharmacy and Biology and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde.

Vikas Dandekar is with The Economic Times, India’s largest business daily. He was the India Bureau Chief at PharmAsia News, part of Informa plc, a global publisher that provides analysis and insights into the biopharma and medical device industries.
Vikas is the field of reporting on the industry for the last two decades. Prior to joining Elsevier Business Intelligence (which was taken over by Informa In 2013) in 2008, Vikas worked as the Corporate Bureau Chief at CNBC-TV18 - India’s leading business news channel. Based out of Mumbai, his key role was to drive corporate news and lead a bureau of experienced journalists as also track time-sensitive developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Vikas started working on the pharmaceutical industry back in 1997 at Express Pharma Pulse – part of the Indian Express Group – an influential media publishing house known widely for its investigative reports.
