Welcome to the November Edition of the Century 21 Broadbeach Newsletter Surf Parade Roadworks Update The $4.5 Million redevelopment of Surf Parade is nearing completion of Stage 1, which is exciting news especially for our office workers who have been battling the dust and noise for close to three months now. Stage 1 Completion date A completion date for Stage 1 has been identified as Friday 9th December. To date Gold Coast City Council has made significant upgrades to the underground infrastructure. These include future proofing the storm water capacity, realignment and installation of a new water main and valves along the street installation of new electrical pits along both sides of Surf Parade, installation of a new slimline drain, kerb and channel along the entire length of the street and construction of a brand new road. Parking over the Christmas Period Unmetered street parking in Surf Parade will be available when the road re opens on 9th December. Surf Parade Roadworks Update

The $4.5 Million redevelopment of Surf Parade is

nearing completion of Stage 1, which is exciting

news especially for our office workers who have
