DELIVERY

The terms of delivery, specifi ed in the order confi rmation, are to be considered

indicative and the date of delivery is to be understood as the date in which the

goods are going to be given to the forwarder.

No complaints or damages will be accepted for delays in the delivery of the

goods.

PAYMENTS

The payment terms have to be respected accordingly to the terms indicated in

the invoice.

TRANSPORT

The goods are despatched at total risk and danger of the buyer EX WORKS,

according to the offi cial trade terms INCOTERMS 2000. Therefore, in case of

delays, shortages, damage, thefts, etc., the claims must be addressed to the

forwarder as unique responsible party.

QUANTITY

The quantities can be decreased or increased without notice according to their

availability and in respect of the standard packaging. For all articles ordered in a

lower quantity than the standard packaging, 3% price increase will be debited

RETURNS

Returns of goods are not allowed without preventive written authorization by
