Ocean Parade Towers on Banana Island is a series of 14 tower blocks overlooking a lagoon.

Its strategic location gives 180 degree panoramic views to the lagoon. With facilities such as

tennis courts, a health club, swimming pools and squash courts, and extensive gardens,

Ocean Parade provides a luxurious life style facility for its inhabitants. By its careful design,

it has been ensured that the internal site remains traffic free and only accessible to

pedestrians.

We as the managers of this luxurious property, we handle the general facilities maintenance

which includes major development within the complex. The soft and hard services of the

entire complex are handled by us through a combination of in-house personnel and

contracting staff.

• C & C Towers (Office building) – 1684, Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

C & C Towers is strategic located in the heart of Victoria Island on Sanusi Fafunwa Street,

Lagos. It formerly houses the NLNG before they moved to Bonny Island in Rivers State. It is a

structure basically designed for office use and several other major companies have their

head offices in this building.

The general maintenance which also includes the parking and security management of the

building is being handled by Central Realties Ltd.

• South Atlantic Petroleum Towers (SAPETRO Towers) (Office building) – 7, Adeola Odeku

Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

SAPETRO Towers is also strategically located on Adeola Odeku, VI, Lagos. The structure

houses the offices of major oil firms and telecommunication companies in Nigeria. The

general maintenance of SAPETRO Towers is handled by Central Realties Ltd.

• Sunda Building (Office and Residential buildings) - 1684, Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria

Island, Lagos.

Sunda Building is a complex that comprises both offices and residences located next door to

C & C Towers. The general maintenance of this structure is being handled by Central

Realties Ltd.

• LCC (Residential Complex) – 8, Oju-Olobun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

LCC Building is a residential complex with 36 apartments in 3 separate buildings, the project

includes a swimming pool, a garden area, a water treatment plant and a sewage treatment

plant. The general maintenance of this structure is being handled by Central Realties Ltd.

• VI3, VI10 & VI11 (Residential Complexes)

3 residential complexes that we manage in Victoria Island.
