Central Heating onlyThe towel warmer can be plumbed in to the Central Heating System like any other type of conventional heater (i.e. Panel Radiator)

This type of power is cheaper but the towel warmer can only be operated when the Central Heating System is on which is usually during the winter season.

Central Heating ValvesThe set consist of a single valve which is located on the left hand side of the towel rail and where the flowof hot water in to the towel warmer can be regulated thus controlling the temperature.

Electrical (only)

This type of power has the advantage of not requiring pipe work for the towel warmer to be fitted. An electrical element with a fused spur is required (250 W or 400W Thermostatic element kit).

An Electrical Element consists of a rod which is screwed into the towel warmer and electrically heated bringing up the temperature of the water contained in the rail

Dual Option

With the use of a T-piece, the towel warmer can be installed to work on either of the previous power sources (one at the time).

This guarantees the low cost of a central heating system during the winter whilst keeping the practicality of electrical during summer

Guarantee Terms 5 Year Towel Rail Guarantee This towel rail is guaranteed to be free from defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. The finish of the towel rail is guaranteed for one year only i.e. chrome plating / paint.

The guarantee is subject to the product being installed in accordance with British Standards (BS5449:1990, BS7593:1992, BSEN12828:2003 and BSEN12831:2003) as well as directed by the manufacturer in the installation instructions.

The manufacturer is not liable under this guarantee: For any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, repair of the product without our approval or any use of or dealing with the product in a manner which could not reasonably be expected having a regard to the normal purpose.

Any use of or dealing with the product in conjunction with any other item where such item causes or gives rise to the alleged defect.

Year 1 In the event that the product purchased proves defective within the first twelve months, please return the item to the place of purchase with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.

Year 2 - 5 Claims after the above 12 month period must be made in writing to: Customer Care CPT Ltd 405 Kings Road London SW10 0BB CPT Ltd reserves the right to investigate all claims and conduct appropriate testing if deemed necessary.

If the claim is found to be valid by CPT Ltd, subject to availability, a replacement will be issued within 21 working days. If the product line has since been discontinued, a similar replacement will be issued.

Our liability will under no circumstances extend beyond the repair or replacement of the product supplied by us. Claims for either labor in replacement or damage to property are not admissible. Any goods that are returned, in the event of a problem, will belong to CPT Limited.

This guarantee applies only to the United Kingdom.

This guarantee does not affect you statutory rights. Information on your statutory rights can be obtained from your local Trading Standards Department.

Central Heating Protection

The system must be thoroughly flushed with a domestic water treatment association approved central heating cleanser, following cleansing a domestic water treatment association approved central heatingprotector must be added. Failure to cleanse and protect the system correctly is likely to cause small pinhole leaks and invalidate the guarantee

Cleaning

Your fitting has a high quality finish and should be treated with care to preserve the visible surfaces.

All surface finishes will wear if not cleaned correctly, the only safe way to clean your heated towel rail is with a soft damp cloth, and polish with a soft dry cloth.

Stains can be removed using washing up liquid.

NOTE: All bath cleaning powders and liquids will damage the surface of your fitting, even the non-scratchcleaners.
