Pallet Changer app

The new Pallet Changer app delivers maximum machine productivity with automated pallet manage-ment and simplifies the task of handling between two and ten pallets. Assigning individual set-ups and the related NC programs to a pallet is intuitive. The Pallet Changer app makes it possible to prioritise, set up and monitor automated production with zero errors.

NEW // CELOS® is now even more intuitive: With the new navigation assistant, you can switch between

apps even more quickly. The quick launch bar facilitates direct navigation

from the control system.

for Tech Calculator

Check calculations against a built-in performance diagram. Visualisations make it possible to optimise your available spindle power and detect critical operating statuses. Prevent overloading and excess wear and extend the service life of your spindle. You can even add new materials to the material database in Tech Calculator.

New formats for Job Manager

You can now also import IGES, STEP, Word and Excel files into Job Manager to view your 3D models with CELOS®. Use a wider range of integration options. Take advantage of less conversion work and boost your flexibility.

Send notes to other machines from your CELOS® machine or the PC version of CELOS®. This allows you to quickly and easily send notifications to your CELOS® machines. This is a step towards paper-free production and more effective communication.
