Cassie is the daughter of Wayne and Julie Broome ofMason City. She is the granddaughter of Janice Broomeof Nora Springs and Lilian Query of Mason City.

Matthew is the son of Alan Wagner of Fennimore,Wis., and Robin Wagner of Nora Springs. He is thegrandson of Eugenia Wagner of Riceville and DeloresFike of Rudd.

Matrons of honor were Kathleen Gaetzke and Kim-berly Frees. Cassie’s other attendants were TammyChristensen, Jamie Case, Jessica Wagner, Kristina Wag-ner, Brianna Hahn and Mandi Rachut. Matthew graduated from North Iowa Area Communi-ty College and Wyoming Technical Institute. He isemployed by Progressive Insurance in Hiawatha, Iowa.The couple will reside in North Liberty, Iowa.

Interestingly, this year produces many milestones forthe Hobbs family as their son turns 40, two grandsonswill be 18 and 16 and one will graduate high school, too.Their oldest daughter and spouse will also celebrate a20th anniversary together. Their youngest daughter andher spouse were married the year of 9-11 and thereforewill celebrate nine years together.

We are so blessed and happy to have all that we do inthese hard times. So, thanks to everyone who will thinkof us this year as we celebrate our good fortune.
