A Big Day is Coming
CYC 2017
Today is a big day for many. The Super Bowl is the perennial most watch television program of the year. The estimate are into the hundreds of mil-lions who watch the once a year event live.
The teams have pre-pared and anxiously anticipate the hours of the game. Many have viewing parties and plan for months to make the day spe-cial I wonder if we prepare as much for the greatest day that will be known by man. Simply read the following passages con-cerning Judgement Day, which will be attended not by just mil-lions, but everyone who has ever lived or ever will live.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 ESV (13) The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. (14) For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.
Daniel 12:1-2 ESV "At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, every-one whose name shall be found written in the book. (2) And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
Matthew 24:36-39 ESV "But

concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only. (37) For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. (38) For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, (39) and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the com-ing of the Son of Man.
John 5:27-29 ESV And he has given him authority to execute judgment, be-cause he is the Son of Man. (28) Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice (29) and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment.
With Love,
Jim Bradshaw
