I pray that you had a joyous Christmas season! Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the expressions of love, peace and joy that filledChristmas could remain in the world all through the year?

The Sheepfold is beginning its 40th year of service to women and children in desperate circumstances. We are committedto the salvation of every soul that comes under the shelter and protection of The Sheepfold, so that the love, joy, peace andhope of the gospel becomes available to them. Our Founder, Fran Lundquist’s daily Bible studies ensure the ladies receive theGood News every day.

Please accept our heartfelt thanks to all of you who have done so much for this ministry over the past40 years. You are truly doers of the Word not just hearers only. When Jesus says on that final judgementday, “did you feed the hungry, did you give drink to the thirsty, did you clothe the naked and take in thestranger?” you will be able to answer, “Yes.”

As always, we count on your prayers for leadership and direction for the ministry. I pray the Lord willbless you and those you love. Let us enter this year with praise for what God has done and faith for whatHe will do in 2019.

Denise’s StoryOver 18 years ago I was a baby Christian in a very violent relationship, and I

didn’t know what to do. God was moving on my soul to leave the abuse, so thatmy beautiful daughter would be safe. A lady from my church took me to the

Sheepfold and for the first time in my Christian life I felt very loved andcared for.

My daughter and I stayed in the original house. Miss Inez and MissMandy took such beautiful care of us. After 6 months we moved to

Northern California. I went to college, and I have always told people howwonderful Sheepfold was to us. Today my daughter is 22, healthy, happy,

and on her own. I am single and work in the medical field as a CertifiedNursing Assistant ( CNA).

I love you all so much and am forever thankful. God bless you all!!!

Preet’s StoryI can not put into words how thankful and amazed I am being here and graduating

from First Step. Before coming here I was living a very unfulfilled life, unhappy and un-peaceful life. I was so unhappy compared to how I am now. All the grace-filled, lovingcare we received from the House Managers was astonishing.

Jesus Christ gave me a new life, with peace in my heart and a happy spirit. I willnever forget the journey that led me to Sheepfold and the wonderful time I spent at thehouse. God bless everybody here at Sheepfold for helping me to become a new person.

I am now looking forward to moving into Second Step, having my own apartmentand moving forward in the plans that God has for me.
