TERMS & CONDITION’S
0 1 DEPOSITS
A booking fee of £100.00 is required to secure any date with us. We can hold a date provisionally, for a maximum of 7 days, unless agreed otherwise.
02 CANCELLATION
If you cancel a booking we may have difficulty rebooking the space. Therefore, if you cancel your event we will keep all of the booking fee/administration charge/pre-payment paid in relation to costs incurred. We will endeavour to re-sell any cancelled space thus reducing the cancellation fee applicable less any costs incurred by Lea Marston Hotel. Booking date till 1 month prior to your event: Forfeit any booking fee/administration charges/pre-payment made. Less than 1 month prior to your event: 100% of the total booking value (based on contracted minimum numbers below
03 MINIMUM NUMBERS
Minimum numbers apply to all bookings and will be confirmed by your event manager at time of booking. If your numbers drop to below these numbers, then you may still be charged, unless agreed in writing by your event manager.
04 OTHER
Appointment procedure: you will be required to liaise with a designated member of our team to arrange suitable appointments.Confirmation of final details & payment: final numbers and details must be confirmed at least one month prior to your event date, at this point the final account willbe presented for payment.Written quotation: available on request, prices quoted are valid for one calendar month from the date of issue & are charged at the current rate of vat The hotel reserves the right to change any price due to circumstances outside its control. A 30 day notice of this price increase will be given in writing.Children: children under 2, free of charge. Children aged 2 – 10, charged at child prices. Children over 10, will be charged as adults.
