However, separate test data is required for all models that differ in motor type or size, housing size/shape/design, rotational speed, control type, or blade weight, number, size, or pitch. Sea Gull Lighting. extends the following Limited 2 year Warranty to the original user or consumer purchaser of this product.To assure that this limited warranty
is effective, please complete the questionnaire on the return portion of the warranty card and mail to Sea Gull Lighting's Customer Service Center within ten (10)
days from the date of purchase to activate warranty coverage.
This Limited 2 year Warranty includes fixture and ballast only, which will be replaced or repaired as determined by Sea Gull Lighting during the
period in which this warranty is in effect, as further defined below. For plated finishes, the warranty period is ninety (90) days. Glass globes are not covered
by this warranty, but will be replaced if found broken at time of purchase. If parts should fail within the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workman-
ship, we will repair or replace the parts free of charge when the parts and labor are provided by our service center.
If the original user or consumer purchaser ceases to own the product, this warranty and any other implied warranty will be voided.
No warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is made in respect to glassware, light bulbs, or
the finish on any metal of the fixture.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. The duration of any implied warranty, including but not limited to any implied warranty of
merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, in respect to any Sea Gull Lighitng fixure parts or accessories is expressly limited to the period of the express
warranty set forth above for such parts or accessories.
This warranty is voided if your fixture is not purchased from an authorized dealer and installed in the United States or Canada.
This warranty does not apply and is voided in case of improper installation, failure or supporting devices not supplied, such as original mounting hardware,
neglect, accident, misuse, exposure to extremes of heat or humidity, or as a result of modification to the original product. All costs of removal and reinstallation
of the fan are the expressed responsibility of the original user/purchaser.
Sea Gull Lighting reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time and will supply equal or similar parts and/or product in the event of
replacement. Repair, replacement or service to the fan motor, parts, or accessories should be secured by immediately contacting our Customer Service Department
at 1-866-449-2821 (weekdays between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern time). Most problems can be handled by one of our customer service representatives over the
telephone.
In those cases where factory repair or replacement is required, arrangements must be made with an authorized customer service representative prior to
return. Under no circumstances should a product be returned without our prior authorization, and then only upon the issuance of a returned goods authorization
number. To avoid damage in transit, all products should be returned in the original shipping carton, as Sea Gull Lighting will not be responsible for any such damage.
Authorized returns of defective motor, parts or accessories should be shipped freight and insurance charged prepaid to Sea Gull Lighting.

GENERALTo assure success of this installation be sure to read the instructions and review the dia grams
thoroughly before beginning. Follow the instructions that are applicable for your light kit.
Review the installation instructions supplied with your fan. Make sure that your fan has been wiredproperly into the ceiling to allow use with your light kit.
All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinances, and national electricalcodes.
If you are unfamiliar with methods of installing electrical wiring, secure the services of a qualifiedelectrician.
Caution - risk of electrical shock. Before starting installation, disconnect the power byturning off the circuit breader or removing the fuse at the fuse box. Turning the power offusing the fan switch is not sufficient to avoid electrical shock.
Warning - Risk of fire use only compact fluorescent lamps.
Warning - This light fixture is not dimmible. Use only with on/off switch. Do not use inconjunction fan/light remote controls or light dimmers.
NOTE: The important safeguards and instructions appearing in this manual are not meant to coverall possible conditions and situations that may occur. Locate blue and white wire from the fanmarked “for light kit”. Connect blue from fan toblack from light kit and white from fan to whitefrom light kit by pushing connectors together.Note: If your fan does not have plugs they maybe cut.

Instalación General
Instalar la tapa de la caja del conmutadordesde el ventilador insertando los trestornillos laterales.

Afloje los tornillos de presión parapoder colocar el vidrio en el sostene-dor sin el golpe del borde del vidrio.

Instale el vidrio sobre los zócalos.(Vidrio no incluido)

Apriete los tornillos de presión afloja-dos previamente.

DETECCIÓN DE FALLAS
1. Examine el hilo eléctrico azul que viene del ventilador paracerciorarse de que está conectado al hilo con tensión queviene de la casa.
2. Compruebe que no hay ningún hilo desconectado en la cajade conmutación del ventilador.
3. Compruebe que no hay ningún hilo desconectado en launidad de luces.
4. Chequee si hay bombillas fundidas.
PRECAUCIÓN: Antes de abrir la caja de conmutación,asegúrese de que está cortada la corriente eléctrica.

Attention ! – Risque de décharges électriques. Avant de commencer le montage, couper le courantau disjoncteur ou en enlevant le fusible de la boîte à fusibles. Couper le courant en éteignant l’inter-rupteur du ventilateur ne suffit pas pour éviter des décharges.

Utiliser la télécommande du ventilateur pour contrôler séparément l’éclairage vers le haut et vers lebas lorsque utilisé avec le ventilateur.
Utiliser l’interrupteur mural lorsque le luminaire est installé avec la monture semi à ras du plafond.
Enlever le couvercle du boîtier inter-rupteur du ventilateur en dévissantles trois vis de montage latérales.

Instructions Générales
Situer les fils bleu et blanc du ventilateur mar-qués « For light kit » (pour l’éclairage).Raccorder le fil bleu du ventilateur au fil noir del’éclairage et le fil blanc du ventilateur au filblanc de l’éclairage en joignant les raccords.Remarque : si le ventilateur n’est pas muni deraccords, les fils peuvent être coupés,

BULB INFORMATION
Color Rendering Index (CRI) and color temperature are twoimportant characteristics of fluorescent bulbs. To achieve
energy performance, buy a bulb with a CRI of 80 or greater. The color temperature usually appears as the last two digits
of the bulb’s model number. If you prefer warmer light, choose a model number ending in 30 or less. For cooler light,
choose a light greater than 30.
