Smooth-riding suspension

Strut-type suspension at the front and multi-link layout at the rear

deliver a smooth, comfortable ride along with superior steering

Zone body/SRS airbag

Cefiro's impact-absorbing body featuring crushable zones and a

safety restraint zone works together with multiple SRS (Supplemental

Restraint System) airbags to avoid or reduce injuries in an acci-

VDC (Vehicle Dynamics Control) helps the driver stay in control

and avoid danger in emergency situations. The system includes

TCS (Traction Control System) and Brake LSD (Limited Slip Differ-

ential) to automatically prevent sideways slides when changing

lanes or negotiating curves on slippery road surfaces.

With VDCSensors detect lateral wheel movement allowing VDC to manage engine output and brake force on each wheel to maintain stability and control.

Without VDCSudden lane change causes the rear to swing sideways; on a tight curve the front wheels lose grip and the car is unable to stay on the desired course.

Inspired cockpit design

The cockpit is more than just visually appealing: every aspect is

carefully thought out to deliver ultimate convenience and ease of

use. The information center gives you immediate visual confirmation

of air conditioning settings, outside temperature, audio system and

time, as well as allowing you to monitor the drive computer. Fine-vi-

sion instrumentation with high-contrast white illumination assures

at-a-glance visibility, and the large speedometer is further en-

hanced by a silver-colored ring.

Auto driving position

Each of the two supplied intelligent keys contains two driving

position memories. The seat automatically moves into its memo-

rized position ready for you to simply sit down and drive. What's

more, when you turn off the engine, the driver's seat automatically

slides 40mm rearwards to give easier entry and exit.

Keyless entry

The mechanical key's remote control function allows you to lock

and unlock doors at the press of a button on the key tag.

Power ottoman-style front passenger seat

The optional ottoman-style leg rest powers smoothly up to support

the lower legs. Its position can be freely adjusted so the front

passenger can find the ideal position for comfort on the long haul.

Large luggage capacity

Careful design for the 4-link hinges on the trunk lid makes virtually

all of the trunk space available for luggage. Huge capacity means

you can stow up to five golf bags as well as three sports bags.

Intelligent keyCefiro's intelligent key features a smoothly rounded design for

convenient carrying, and also incorporates a panic alarm. Door

lock/unlock and trunk open are

equipped with sensors to detect

the intelligent key within a range

of 80cm, so you can lock or

unlock the doors and open the

trunk without taking the key out of

your pocket or bag. Ignition can be

switched on or off without a key – the

center slot is for the mechanical key.
