By adopting flexible hydraulic expansion, the joint between tube wall and tube plate is much closer. When it is compared with the conventional mechanical expansion, the following advantages can be provided including higher reliability, prevention of over expansion, reduced damage to the surface of heat exchanging tubes, and reduced stress caused during expansion. Before expansion is performed by each equipment, a simulation expansion test is conducted at first and the simulation specimen is examined to determine actual expansion data so as to ensure the quality of expansion.

The tube heat exchanger is a conventional type of heat exchanger widely applied in petrochemical industry. Holding the qualifications for design and manufacture of Class D pressure vessel, SmartHeat not only is capable of manufacturing conventional pressure vessels, but also has accumulated rich experiences in design and manufacture of low-temperature pressure vessels and chromium-molybdenum steel pressure vessels. The double tubesheet heat exchanger which is designed and manufactured by SmartHeat, is successfully used for the heat exchanging of the high poison medium, such as silicon tetrachloride, also used for the condition that cold and hot medium are strictly prohibited to contact.

The spiral heat exchanger is widely used in petrochemical industry. 定距柱焊接 Welding of Distance-setting Column

SmartHeat 采用德国进口的专业螺柱焊机,焊接定距柱,焊接过程采用熔焊技术,焊接接头为面,两种材质完全熔合到一起,焊接强度高。由于焊接时间短,熔深较小,可以在薄至1.5mm的板材上焊接,可实现在镀层或高合金板材上焊接,来满足特殊工况的需要。

SmartHeat uses the professional stud welding machine imported from Germany to weld distance-setting column. During the welding process, the method of fusion welding is adopted. Weld joints are surfaces. Two kinds of materials are completely fused together to guarantee high welding strength. Due to short welding time and slight fusion penetration, welding can be conducted on a plate with the minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. It is possible to perform welding on coated or high alloy plates to meet the demand of special operating conditions.

The SmartHeat shell & plate heat exchanger has excellent self-cleaning properties. Since the corrugations of the heat transfer plates continuously change the flow velocity and flow direction of fluid, and form turbulent flow at the same time, the interior of the equipment and the surface of the heat transfer plates can reduce fouling, ensure assembly and disassembly convenient, and also easy maintenance.

板壳式热交换器Shell & Plate Heat Exchanger

板壳式热交换器由两部分组成:内部焊接板束和外部壳体。内部结构是由一组圆形金属波纹板片,逐一间隔组焊而成,外部壳体是按照压力容器标准设计制造的圆形壳体。圆形板片与方形板片相比,具有使应力分布更均匀,断裂风险更小的特点;而圆形的外壳是压力容器的最优化形式,利用较薄的材料就可以承受高温高压的工况环境,并且圆形比方形结构的重量低很多。

在石化行业中,板壳式热交换器以其更好的优势逐渐取代传统管式热交换器,它可用于液-液、气-液、气-气等换热过程。可用作热交换器、加热器、冷却器、冷凝器、蒸发器、冷凝蒸发器等。

The shell & plate heat exchanger consists of two parts namely internal welded plate bundles and external shell. The internal structure is welded plate bundles formed by a set of round corrugated metal heat-exchanging plates. The external shell is a cylindrical shell designed and manufactured as a pressure vessel. Being compared to the square structure, the circular plate can make the stress distribution more even and the fracture risk smaller the circular shell is the optimization of pressure vessel, by relatively thin materials can bear high temperature and high pressure operating condition, and the weight is lighter.

In petrochemical industry, the shell & plate heat exchanger will, relying on its absolute advantages, gradually supersede the conventional tube heat exchanger. It is applicable to the liquid-to-liquid, gas-to-liquid or gas-to-gas heat exchanger process. SmartHeat 采用激光焊接板束,所有的板片对全部经过氦测漏检验。激光焊与普通的TIG焊接比较,具有连接处的截面积更大、热影响区更小和材料的晶向改变最小化的特点。板片受力均匀,有效防止局部应力破坏,使板束具有较高的安全防泄漏能力和较小的腐蚀点,承受更高的温度。

SmartHeat adopts laser-welded plate bundles. All plate pairs undergo helium leak testing. Being compared with common TIG welding, laser-welding has such features as larger sectional area at joints, smaller heat affected zone and minimized crystal orientation change of materials. Stress on plates uniform which can effectively prevent partial stress rupture, and ensure plate bundles with relatively high safety and leakage resistance, smaller corrosion points and resistance to higher temperature.

The shell & plate heat exchanger possesses not only the advantages of the plate heat exchanger including high heat transfer efficiency, compact construction and low weight, but also the features of the tube heat exchanger including high temperature and high pressure resistance, perfect sealing performance, safety and reliability. Its heat transfer efficiency is two to five times of that of the tube heat exchanger. To meet the same heat transfer demand, 70% of the floor area and 40% equipment cost can be saved.

Utilizing the specialized design calculation software and applying the method combining design and analysis, SmartHeat may conduct precise thermal calculations regarding all media for various processes in petrochemical industry, and realize exact match between design operating conditions and actual operating conditions so as to help customers improve the energy utilization efficiency.

密封垫锁扣专利 Patent Gasket LockSmartHeat 最新开发的密封垫采用线接触密封,垫片在较小的夹紧力作用下可达到较强的

密封效果,多次拆装后垫片和垫片槽变形小,提高了使用寿命。垫片外周设计有一定数量的定位凸起,对板片进行辅助定位,防止板片变形。垫片与板片采用扣接的固定方式,固定可靠,更换方便。

The gaskets newly developed by SmartHeat apply linear contact seal, and can achieve relatively high sealing performance under a small clamping force. Even after multiple times of assembly and disassembly, the gaskets and gasket grooves only subject to small permanent deformation, and so their service life may be extended. There are a certain amount of bosses designed on the perimeter of each gasket to assist locating of plates so as to prevent plate deformation. Gaskets and plates are fixed through fastening to ensure reliable fixing and easy replacement.

半焊式板式热交换器 Semi-Welded PHE半焊式板式热交换器的板束是由两片板片通过焊接组成“板片对”,“板片对”

与“板片对”之间用垫片及O型圈密封,形成两个单独的流道。“板片对”的焊接结构代替了可拆式板式热交换器中的密封橡胶垫片,从而提高了“板片对”的承压能力及密封性,“板片对”内部的腔体中可以通过高温高压介质、对垫片具有强腐蚀性的介质以及严禁泄漏的介质。

半焊式板式热交换器被证明是石化行业中比较有潜质的换热产品。在石化行业中需要处理的物料多为有机溶剂,这些介质会对橡胶密封垫片产生腐蚀,对于一些高危物料如环氧乙烷、氨等,需要增加密封的可靠性,采用半焊式板式热交换器是对上述工况的良好解决方案。

半焊式板式热交换器可用于高温高压及介质有强腐蚀性的场合,可用于气体液化、蒸发、冷凝、脱硫脱碳中的贫富液换热等工况。

The plate bundle of the semi-welded plate heat exchanger is a “plate pair” formed by two plates through welding. Gaskets and O-ring are used between plate pairs for sealing to constitute two separate flow channels. The welded structure of plate pairs substitutes the rubber gaskets used in gasketed plate heat exchangers so that the bearing pressure capacity and sealing performance of “plate pairs” can be improved. It can be used under operating conditions such as gas liquefaction, evaporation and condensation, lean-rich solution heat exchanging desulphurization & decarburization process.

热泵 Heat Pump

SmartHeat selects European technologies to develop high temperature water source heat pumps, which use room temperature waste heat to generate hot water at 90OC, and they are innovative for low grade heat recovery. At present, many oilfields in China have been rolled into a middle-late mining stage, where water content in crude is even up to 70%. In Liaohe Oilfield, heat pumps are employed to collect waste water from oil-water separation system for generating hot water at a temperature above 80OC, which is used to heat up crude or provide a heat source for heat tracers, and significant energy performance is seen.

SmartHeat adopts laser-welded plate bundles. All plate pairs undergo helium leak testing. Being compared with common TIG welding, laser-welding has such features as larger sectional area at joints, smaller heat affected zone and minimized crystal orientation change of materials. Uniform stress on plates can effectively prevent partial stress rupture, and ensure plate bundles with relatively high safety and leakage resistance and smaller corrosion points.

Water source heat pump system is a cooling and heating supply system, where all available low grade heat sources such as geothermal energy reserved in ground water or soil, solar energy, industrial waste water and domestic waste water are utilized for cool and heat energy extraction and conversion. 半焊式板式热交换器 Semi-Welded PHE半焊式板式热交换器的板束是由两片板片通过焊接组成“板片对”,“板片对”与“板片

对”之间用垫片及O型圈密封,形成两个单独的流道。“板片对”的焊接结构代替了可拆式板式热交换器中的密封橡胶垫片,从而提高了“板片对”的承压能力及密封性,“板片对”内部的腔体中可以通过高温高压介质、对垫片具有强腐蚀性的介质以及严禁泄漏的介质。

半焊式板式热交换器被证明是石化行业中比较有潜质的换热产品。在石化行业中需要处理的物料多为有机溶剂,这些介质会对橡胶密封垫片产生腐蚀,对于一些高危物料如环氧乙烷、氨等,需要增加密封的可靠性,采用半焊式板式热交换器是对上述工况的良好解决方案。

半焊式板式热交换器可用于高温高压及介质有强腐蚀性的场合,可用于气体液化、蒸发、冷凝、脱硫脱碳中的贫富液换热等工况。

The plate bundle of the semi-welded plate heat exchanger is a “plate pair” formed by two plates through welding. Gaskets and O-ring are used between plate pairs for sealing to constitute two separate flow channels.
