半田市立博物館所蔵の「半田の 酢醸造用具」は国の重要有形民俗 文化財になっているよ! The vinegar brewing tools kept at the Handa Municipal Museum have been designated as Japan’s important tangible folk-cultural properties! The Privileged Natural Environment and Local Canal Developed the Culture and History of Brewing 恵まれた自然環境と運河が育んだ 醸造の文化と歴史 温暖な気候と澄んだ空気、良質な地下水を持つ 半田では、江戸時代より酒や酢、味噌、たまりなどの 醸造業が盛んに行われてきました。200年以上の時を 経てもなお、醸造の文化は静かに息づいています。 Since the Edo era (Tokugawa shogunate period), the brewing industry, including the making of sake, vinegar, miso (fermented bean paste), and tamari (a thicker, less salty, fermented soy sauce) has been active in Handa, an area blessed a temperate climate, clear air, and excellent quality groundwater. It has a history of more than 200 years, and still the culture of brewing quietly breathes here. Kunizakari Sake Culture Museum 國盛 酒の文化館 日本酒の歴史と國盛の伝統を紹介する博物館。江戸 時代から約200年にわたって実際に酒造りが行わ れた酒蔵を利用し、当時の貴重な道具や資料を 展示。利き酒体験もできます。 This museum introduces the history of sake and the tradition of Kunizakari (a local sake brand). The museum uses a sake brewery where sake making continued for approximately 200 years in and after the Edo era, and the valuable tools and materials of those days are exhibited. Visitors can taste sake in the museum. Mizkan Museum MIZKAN MUSEUM MIM(MIZKAN MUSEUM)は、ミツカンの酢づくりの歴史や食文化の魅力にふれ、楽しみ学べる体験型博物館 です。創業の地半田において、ミツカングループの歩んできた歴史に触れ、今を感じ、未来につなげる施設として、 MIZKAN MUSEUM、愛称MIMを設立しました。MIMは、古くから続く運河沿いの黒塀の景観とともに、ミツカンの 酢づくりの歴史や、醸造の技術、ものづくりへのこだわり、食文化の魅力などを、伝統・革新・環境を大切に考え、次世代 へ伝えていく施設です。見てさわって、楽しみ、学べて、また来たいと思ってもらえる体験型博物館を目指しています。 MIM(Mizkan Museum)is an interactive museum where you can learn about Mizkan’s history as a vinegar manufacturer, and about the charm of Japanese food. The Mizkan group established the museum here in Handa, where the company was born, in order to embrace history and pass its values to the future generations. Built along the canal, with its traditional black wooden walls, the museum aims to explain the history of Mizkan and vinegar making, as well as the importance of innovating and challenging the status quo in order to grow. Our goal is to provide the visitors with a fun and interesting experience, while promoting the values of health and wellbeing that are expressed in our slogan “Bringing Flavor to Life”. 観光施設 Tourist Facilities 「味ぽん」オリジナルラベルを つくる体験が人気! 恵まれた自然環境と運河が育んだ醸造の文化と歴史
