Cecabank: Pension payments in Spain
We move beyond SEPA, providing high added value
services along all the payment process.
We previously check the IBAN bank-account identification
and the SWIFT-BIC bank identifier to avoid sources of
delays, fees and costs. Returned orders or payments that
cannot be applied are immediately turned back to origin.
Ex-post, we actively support the recovery of undue
payments (after death, for example) claiming from the
beneficiary bank to return the funds.
A hotline, in several languages, is especially set up for
pensioners.
