4.机柜安装 Cabinet Installation

4.1 安装位置确定 Determine Installation Position

置使用;4 个大孔用于机房有防静电地板时安装可调式底座时使用。 The drilling template (Figure 1) is the same as the cabinet in length and width, with 8 holes (Figure 2) on it, of which the 4 small holes are used for installation on concrete floor while the 4 large holes are used for installation on antistatic floor. 用打孔模板确定机柜安装位置时,应注意机柜安装空间的要求(如图 3),即机柜前方空间大于 800mm,机柜两侧和

后面空间大于 100mm。 In using the drilling template to determine the installation position of a cabinet, pay attention to the spaces around the cabinet. As shown in Figure 3, there should be a space of at least 800 mm in front of the cabinet, and 100 mm beside and behind the cabinet. 机柜与其它机柜并排安装时,侧面应与其它机柜紧靠。打孔模板标有“机柜前面”的边与其它机柜前门平齐。 When a cabinet is installed in parallel with other cabinets, its side(s) should be close to other cabinets. The front of the cabinet should align with the fronts of other cabinets.

4.2 打孔及安装膨胀螺栓 Drill Holes and Install Expansion Bolts 4.2.1 膨胀螺栓外观 Expansion Bolt Appearance

1. 如果地面特别平滑坚固,钻头不易定位,可先用样冲

在孔位上凿一个挖坑,帮助钻头定位。 If the floor is vey slippery and solid, dig a pit with a sample drill bit first.

2. 用ф16 的钻头在孔位垂直钻深 52~60mm 的孔,边钻

边用吸尘器将灰尘吸去。 Use the ф16 bit to drill holes of 52 ~ 60 mm deep and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust while drilling the holes.

3. 顺时针微拧螺栓,直至导向筋不能完全退出导向槽

(1)。将膨胀螺栓垂直放入孔中(2),用铁锤(3)敲

打膨胀螺栓直至膨胀管全部进入孔内。 Gently screw the bolt clockwise until the guiding rib cannot exit from the guiding groove (1). Set the expansion bolt into the hole (2), and use a hammer (3) to strike the bolt until the expansion tube completely enters into the hole.

4. 顺时针拧紧膨胀螺栓(1),使膨胀螺母与膨胀管不宜

松脱。逆时针拧下螺栓,取下弹垫和平垫。 Screw up the expansion bolt clockwise (1), preventing the nut from falling from the expansion tube. Finally screw off the bolt and take out the spring and flat washers.

4.3 防静电地板场景的机柜安装 Install the Cabinet on Antistatic Floor

4.3.1 安装可调式活动支架及底座安装组件 Install adjustable support and base assembly:

1.使用打孔模板确定打孔位置。

Use the drilling template to determine the positions of holes.

2.用Φ16 钻头在确定的孔位钻 4 个深

60mm 的孔,安装 4颗 M12X60 的膨胀螺

栓。 Use ф16 bits to drill 4 holes of 60 mm deep at the positions determined in Step 1 and install 4 expansion bolts into the holes.

3.将可调式底座的固定支架(1)放置

在对应的膨胀螺栓的位置,用螺栓(2)

依次穿过弹垫(3)、平垫(4),将

支架固定在地面上。 Put the fixed supports of the adjustable support and base assembly onto the positions of expansion bolts and fix them on the floor with bolts, spring washers and flat washers, as shown in the figure.

5. 根据防静电地板高度决定活动支架(1)安装高度,用

螺栓(2)一次穿过弹垫(3)、平垫(4),将固定支

架和活动支架固定。 Depending on the height of the antistatic floor, decide the installation height of the adjustable supports and then use bolts, spring washers and flat washers to fix them onto the fixed support.

6. 用 M10 螺栓依次穿过弹垫、平垫、绝缘垫片、底座安装

组件、绝缘垫板,将底座安装组件固定在活动支架上。Use M10 bolts, which go through spring washers, flat washers, insulation washers, base assembly and insulation plate successively, to fix the base assembly onto the adjustable supports.

提示:进行底座安装组件安装前,需要先将定位销安装到底座安装组件上。 Tips: Before base assembly is installed, it is required to install the locating pins onto the assembly.

4.3.2 固定机柜 Fix the cabinet:

1. 将机柜底部定位孔对准底座安装组件上的导向销钉,推

动机柜,使底座安装组件上的弯角件卡入机柜后部槽位。

Align the locating holes at the bottom of the cabinet with the locating pins on the base assembly and move the cabinet until the angle support of the base assembly fits into the rear of the cabinet.

2. 用 M10 螺栓一次穿过弹垫、平垫、绝缘垫圈、机柜前部

腰圆孔、绝缘垫片,拧紧螺栓。

Use M10 bolts, which go through spring washers, flat washers, insulation washers, waist round hole in the front of the cabinet and insulation plate successively, to fix the cabinet.

注:安装完毕后应保证机柜前门下铰链下平面与防静电地板上表面的距离在 10 mm~40 mm 之间,以保证前门能够正

常打开。Note: Upon completion of installation, make sure the hinge of the front door of the cabinet is 10 ~ 40 mm away from the surface of the antistatic floor so that the front door can be opened.

4.4 水泥地面场景的机柜安装 Install the Cabinet on Concrete Floor

1.用机柜自带的打孔模板确定打孔位置。机柜前部空间应大于

800mm。 Use the drilling template to determine the positions of holes. Make sure to reserve a space of at least 800 mm before the cabinet.

3.用 M10 螺栓依次穿过弹垫、平垫、绝缘垫圈、底座安

装组件、绝缘垫片,将底座安装组件固定在地面上。 Use four M10 bolts, which go through spring washers, flat washers, insulation washers, base assembly and insulation plate successively, to fix the base assembly onto the concrete floor

2.在选定孔位打 4个Φ10的孔,安装 4颗 M10X90 的膨胀螺栓 Drill four ф10 holes at the positions determined in Step 1 and install four M10X90 expansion bolts into the holes.

值,应呈非短路状态。 Upon completion of installation, measure the resistance between the cabinet and four expansion bolts, making sure they are not short circuited.

5.2 安装电源线 Install Power Cable

1.将兰色、黑色电源线从机柜顶部电源线穿线口穿入,沿机柜左侧将电源线布放至电源模块接线柱。 Lead the blue and black wires into the cabinet via the power cable hole on the top of the cabinet and lay them along the left side of the cabinet until they reach the power module. 2.拆除电源模块接线柱保护罩。 Remove the cover from the terminals of power module. 3.将黑色电源线连接至-48V RTN 接线柱;将兰色电源线连接至-48V 接线柱。 Connect the black wire of power cable to -48 V RTN terminal and the blue wire to -48 V termianl. 4.安装电源模块接线柱保护罩。 Install the cover on the terminal of power module again.

5.3 安装 E1/T1 线缆 Install E1/T1 Cable

1.将 E1/T1 线缆从机柜顶部 E1/T1 穿线孔穿入。

Lead E1/T1 cable into the cabinet via the E1/T1 cable hole on the top of the cabinet.

2.将 E1/T1 线缆沿机柜右侧走线槽绑扎。

Lay the E1/T1 cable along the right side of the cabinet and bind it on the right cable tray.

3.将 E1/T1 线缆接头与 BBU 数据线缆 DB44 接头连接。

Connect End A of the E1/T1 cable to DB44 connector of BBU data cable.

使用 FE传输方式时,传输线缆连接至 BBU“ETH0”接口 In case of FE Transmission, connect the

transmission cable to ETH0 interface of the BBU.

8 路 E1 线缆结构说明 8-line E1 Cable Structure:

8 路 E1 线缆 A 端为 DB44 接头,与 BBU 数据线缆 B1 端连接;B 端为两股线缆,各含 8 根芯线。其中,带标签的线

缆为 1~4 路 E1,不带标签的线缆为 5~8 路 E1。

End A of 8-line E1 cable is a DB44 connector, which connects to B1 End of BBU data cable, while at End B, there are

two cable strands which are made up of 8 cores respectively. The strand of Lines 1-4 of the cable is attached with a

label but the strand of Lines 5-8 is not.

Connect the other end of RF jumper (DIN male connector) to DIN female connector of the main feeder.

3.沿走线架绑扎射频跳线。

Bind the RF jumper along the cable tray.

5.7 安装机柜接地线 Install Grounding Cable

室内接地排Indoor Grounding Bar

1.将保护地线一端连接至机柜顶部PE接线柱上。

Connect one end of the grounding cable to PE terminal on the top of the cabinet.

2.将保护地线另一端与机房接地排相连。

Connect the other end of the grounding cable to the grounding bar in the equipment room.

3.将保护地线沿机房走线架绑扎。

Lay and bind the grounding cable along the cable trays in the equipment room.

1.将 RSU 沿机柜安装槽位

平稳推入 Align the ridges at the top and bottom of the RSU with the slots in the RSU shelf of the cabinet, and push the RSU into the shelf smoothly.

2.在 RSU 上下两侧各用 3 颗 M5X20 螺丝将 RSU 固定。Use three M5X20 screws at the top and bottom respectively to fix RSU.

注: 2T4R RSU 安装在 BS8800 机柜内时,电源接口在下方。 Note: When 2T4R RSU is installed in BS8800 cabinet, its power interface is at the lower end of the RSU.

6.3 线缆安装 Install Cables 6.3.1 安装电源线 Power Cable

将对应槽位的电源线插头连接到 RSU 的“POWER”接口 Connect the correct power cable to POWER interface on the RSU.

6.3.2 安装监控线 Monitor Cable

将监控线接头连接到第二槽位 RSU 的“MON”接口;若第

二槽位为空,则连接到第一槽位 RSU 的“MON”接口。 Connect the monitor cable to the MON interface on the RSU in the second slot. If there is not an RSU in the second slot, connect the monitor cable to the MON interface on the RSU in the first slot.

6.3.3 安装射频跳线 RF Jumper

将 4 根射频跳线分别于 RSU 4 个射频跳线接口连接。射

频跳线从机柜上方的出线槽出机柜;

Connect 4 RF jumpers to the four RF interfaces on RSU respectively. RF jumpers are laid along the cable trough on top of the cabinet;

注:2T4R RSU 做单扇高载使用时射频跳线只连

接 ANT1 和 ANT3。

Note: If 2T4R RSU is configured with single sector and over 4 carriers, just connect two RF jumpers to ANT1 and ANT3 interfaces respectively.

6.3.4 安装 RSU 与 BBU 之间的高速线缆 SFP High-speed Cable 高速线缆拔插方法:Plug/Unplug the high-speed cable

高速线缆插入:将 RSU 模块 TX1/RX1 接口防尘帽取下,

向内将高速线缆插头插入至听到“咔嗒”一声。 Plug the high-speed cable: Remove the dustproof cap from the TX1/RX1 interface of RSU and then insert the high-speed cable connector until a “click” is heard.

高速线缆拔出:Unplug the high-speed cable: 1.向内轻推线缆。Gently push the cable inwards. 2.轻拉插头旁的手柄,将插头拔出 Pull the handle on the cable connector and pull the connector out.

高速线缆布线 RSU 端:Lay the high-speed cable on the RSU end

在布线时,SFP 高速线缆从走线架的出线

槽伸出的长度约 400mm,这样连接

RSU-RX1/TX1 接口的 SFP 高速线缆根部

就弯曲自然,且线缆也有一定的松弛度,

不会绷的很紧 In laying SFP high-speed cable, make sure the cable is about 400 mm from the cable tray to the RSU so that the cable can be naturally bent and is not stretched too tightly.

布线后: After wiring

高速线缆在机柜内左右侧壁的布线:Lay the high-speed cable along BBU sides

绑扎线扣时千万注意其松紧度要适中,线

扣不能扎的太紧,以免高速线缆上有扎痕Similarly, the ties should be in proper tightness, allowing the cable to freely move. Do not press the cable ties tightly to damage the jacket of the cable.

与两 BBU 电源线绑扎一起:bound with two power cables of the BBU绑扎位置:binding location

高速线缆 BBU 端连接: Connect the high-speed cable to BBU 把 SFP 高速线缆按照线缆端贴的去向标

签的指向对应插在 BBU 模块中的 FS 板上

的光口里并整理好 SFP 高速线缆

Insert the SFP high-speed cable into the optical port on FS board of the BBU and arrange the cable in good order.

7. RSU 配置方案 RSU Configuration 7.1 RSU 基本配置方案 Basic Configuration Scheme for RSU RSU槽位及BBU FS单板高速线缆接口定义:RSU slots and the optical ports on the FS board of the BBU

RSU槽位选择原则:Principles for selecting RSU slots: 1. 只安装1T2R RSU 或2T4R RSU时,优先选择2/4/6槽位安装。 If only 1T2R RSU or 2T4R RSU is installed, select slots 2, 4 and 6. 2. 1T2R RSU 和2T4R RSU混合安装时,1T2R RSU安装在1/2/3槽位,2T4R RSU安装在4/5/6槽位。 If there are both 1T2R RSU and 2T4R RSU, install 1T2R RSU(s) in slots 1/2/3 and 2T4R RSU(s) in slots 4/5/6.

7.2 扩容配置详解 Explanation of Capacity Expansion Configuration Schemes 7.2.1 配置 5 详解 Configuration 5 配置 5是在配置 1的基础上再增加 1个 1T2R RSU 和 1个 2T4R RSU 组成。Configuration 5 is to add one 1T2R RSU and one 2T4R RSU onto Configuration 1.

1. 原配置中 1T2R RSU 安装在 1 号槽位,高速线缆与 BBU TX0RX0 接口连接;新增 1T2R RSU 安装在 2 号槽位,

高速线缆与 BBU TX2RX2 接口连接。The old 1T2R RSU is installed in slot 1 and its high-speed cable is connected to TX0RX0 interface of the BBU; the new 1T2R RSU is installed in slot 2 and its high-speed cable is connected to TX2RX2 of the BBU.

2. 原配置中 2T4R RSU 安装在 4 号槽位,高速线缆与 BBU TX1RX1 接口连接;新增 2T4R RSU 安装在 5 号槽位,

高速线缆与 BBU TX3RX3 接口连接。The old 2T4R RSU is installed in slot 4 and its high-speed cable is connected to TX1RX1 interface of the BBU; the new 2T4R RSU is installed in slot 5 and its high-speed cable is connected to TX3RX3 of the BBU.

的 2T4R RSU 无需使用刚跳线。In Configuration 5, the 1T2R RSUs in slots 1/2 and 3/4 should be connected respectively with rigid jumpers to make high-power carriers. The connection of the rigid jumpers is as follows: 连接方式为用 150mm 跳线连接 1 号槽位 RSU 的“RXout”接口和 2 号槽位 RSU 的“RXin”接口。用 180mm 跳线

连接 1 号槽位 RSU 的“RXin”接口和 2 号槽位 RSU 的

“RXout”接口。Use a 150 mm rigid jumper to connect RXout interface of the 1T2R RSU in slot 1 to RXin interface of the 1T2R RSU in slot 2, and use a 180 mm rigid jumper to connect RXin interface of the 1T2R RSU in slot 1 to RXout interface of the 1T2R RSU in slot 2. 3/4 号槽位 RSU 的刚跳线连接方式相同。Similarly, use two rigid jumpers to connect the 1T2R RSU in slot 3 and that in slot 4.

8.户外线缆的接地和防水处理 Grounding and Waterproof Measures for Outdoor Cables

8.1 户外线缆的防水处理 Waterproof Measures for Outdoor Cables

所有的户外线缆接头、接地卡都必须按照“1 层绝缘胶带+3 层防水胶带+3 层防紫外线胶带”的方式进行防水处理。现

以 GPS 天线接头为例说明操作方法。All outdoor cables, cable connectors and grounding clips must be handled in the following way to provide waterproof protection: 1-layer insulated adhesive tape + 3-layer waterproof adhesive tape + 3-layer ultraviolet-proof adhesive tape. Here, we take example for GPS antenna connector to explain the waterproof method in details. 1. 缠绕一层绝缘胶带。接头连接好后,按照接头旋紧的方向以半重叠方式在接头上缠绕一层电气绝缘胶带,缠绕长度超

出接头尾部 10 mm,缠绕时应施以足够拉力。 Spiral-wrap one-layer insulated adhesive tape around the connector with 50% overlapping. Ensure that a 10 mm segment of the feeder is wrapped with the tape at each end of the connector. Remember that you must apply proper force to spiral-wrap the insulated adhesive tape tightly.

2. 缠绕三层防水胶带。缠绕过程中需将自粘胶带拉伸至两倍长度,每个接头使用约 50cm 长防水胶带,要求缠绕三层。缠

绕方向需和馈头拧紧方向一致,避免缠绕过程中使得连接馈头松脱。缠绕完成后,应反复用双手握捏,确保胶带和馈线/馈头粘合牢固。 Stretch the waterproof adhesive tape two times as long as its original length. Use approximately 50 cm waterproof adhesive tape for each connector. Spiral-wrap three-layer waterproof adhesive tape around the connector in the direction that you tighten the GPS feeder. During spiral-wrapping, protect the GPS feeder from being loosened. Smooth over the waterproof adhesive tape by applying proper force to secure it on the GPS feeder.

注意:第一层应自下至上缠绕,第二层自上而下缠绕,第三层自下至上缠绕,共缠三层,上一层覆盖下一层约三分之一左

右,这样可防止雨水渗漏,缠绕过程中不要截断胶带。胶带缠绕长度要超过馈头约 20 mm Note: You must spiral-wrap the first layer from bottom up, the second layer from top down, and the third layer from bottom up with one third overlapping. This can prevent the connector from rain and moist. Do not cut off the waterproof adhesive tape during the spiral-wrapping. Ensure that a 20 mm segment of the feeder is wrapped with the tape at each end of the connector.

3. 缠绕 3 层防紫外线胶带。各层缠绕顺序同防水胶带缠绕方向相同,缠绕时上层 1/2 覆盖下层胶带,胶带缠绕长度要超

出防水自粘胶带 10 mm。缠绕完成后再次将防紫外线胶带和防水胶带一起用双手握捏,确保防紫外线胶带和防水胶带粘

贴牢固。 Spiral-wrap three-layer ultraviolet-proof adhesive tape around the connector in the same way as the waterproof adhesive tape, with 50% overlapping. Ensure that a 20 mm segment of the feeder is wrapped with the tape at each end of the connector. Smooth over the ultraviolet-proof adhesive tape by applying proper force to secure it on the waterproof adhesive tape.

4. 用扎带绑扎。用黑色防紫外线扎带将胶带两端扎牢,防止开胶。将多余扎带用斜口钳减去,注意保留 3mm,防止高

温天气回扣。 Tighten both ends of the adhesive tape using black ultraviolet-proof cable ties in order to keep it adhesive. Cut off the excess length of the cable tie using diagonal pliers. To avoid slipping away in high temperatures, reserve an excess length of 3 mm of the cable tie.

8.2 户外线缆的接地点选择 Selection of Grounding Points for Outdoor Cables

1. GPS馈线入室前1米处,应制作馈线接地卡,

与室外地排可靠连接。 Prepare a grounding clip and place it on the GPS feeder 1 m before the GPS feeder is routed into the equipment room, and then connect it to the outdoor grounding bar reliably.

主馈线接地接地点选择:Select grounding points for main feeder 1)馈线长度小于 5 m 时采用一点接地。 If the feeder is not longer than 5 m, let it be grounded at one point. 2)馈线长度小于 20 m,大于 5 m 时,可采用

两点接地。 If the feeder is longer than 5 m but does not exceed 20 m, make it be grounded at two points. 3)馈线长度大于 20 米时,馈线在铁塔平台处、

离开铁塔至室外走线架处、入室之前 1 m 范围

内三点就近接地;如铁塔上馈线长度超过 60 m,

馈线应每增加 20 米增加一处接地。 If the feeder is longer than 20 m but does not exceed 60 m, make it be grounded at three points: on the platform of the iron tower, between the iron tower and the outdoor cable tray, and 1 m before the feeder enters the equipment room. If the feeder exceeds 60 m, add a grounding point every 20 m. 天线安装在建筑物屋顶抱杆上且馈线长度大于

20m 时,从馈线离开天线抱杆处、馈线离开楼

顶平台处、馈线进入机房处三点接地,如果相邻

两个接地点之间长度≥60 m,还应在中间增加一

个接地点。 When the antenna is installed on a pole which is on the roof of a building and the feeder is longer than 20 m, make it be grounded at three points: where the feeder leaves the pole, where the feeder leaves the roof, and where the feeder enters the equipment room. If the distance between any two neighboring grounding points is not shorter than 60 m, add an extra grounding point in between.

附录:安装检查 Appendix: Installation Check

机房环境检查 Equipment Room Environments

1 机房密封良好,无漏水隐患,有空气调节设备,无强光直射 The equipment room is properly sealed, avoiding water entering it or direct sunlight. The air conditioning devices have been installed.

2 设备机房清洁无杂物,配置应急照明和防火设施 The equipment room is clean without other sorts of things. The room is also installed with lighting and fire protection facilities.

机柜安装检查 Cabinet Installation

1 机柜和底座(支架)联接可靠牢固,绝缘垫、弹簧垫、平垫安装正确 The cabinet and base (support) are reliably connected, with insulation washers, spring washers and flat washers correctly placed.

机柜外观完整,内、外及地板无废料,发货时绑扎在机柜中的物料取下 The appearance of the cabinet is in good condition. There is not any waste left inside or outside the cabinet as well as on the floor. The materials bound in the cabinet before shipping should have been removed.

3 机柜门应开、合顺畅,正面预留 0.8 米以上维护空间 The cabinet door can be smoothly opened and closed and a space of over 0.8 m has been reserved in front of the cabinet for maintenance.

4 机柜正面安装有防静电手环。 The front side of the cabinet should be installed with antistatic wrist strap.

5 机柜内空余接线端子接口应有防护处理 Proper protection measures should be taken for the wiring terminals in the cabinet that are not used temporarily.

6 机柜门接地线的螺丝必须拧紧,接线符合要求 All bolts for the grounding wire of the cabinet door should be screwed up according to related wiring requirements.

7 所有模块上的螺钉拧紧 All bolts of the modules should be screwed up

线缆安装检查 Cable Installation

1 设备保护地线安装齐全,不得串接。保护地线接地接入铜排遵循就近原则 The protection ground wires of the equipment are properly installed to the copper grounding busbar, following the principle of proximity.

2 保护地线接地端子,连接前要进行除锈除污处理,保证连接的可靠; Before connection, any rust or dust should be removed from the surface of the grounding terminal of the protection ground wire to ensure reliable connection.

电源线及地线鼻柄和裸线需用套管或绝缘胶布包裹,无铜线裸露,铜鼻子型号和线缆直径相符 The naked wire and the copper plug at the end of a power cable or grounding cable should be covered with a tube or wrapped with insulation tape. The type of copper lug should match the diameter of the cable.

电源极性连接正确,电源线、地线端子压接牢固。铜鼻子在各种接线柱上安装,必须用平垫片、

弹簧垫片紧固,弹簧垫片压平 The power cable and ground cable should be correctly and firmly connected in terms of polarity. When the copper lug of the cable is connected to a terminal, flat washer, spring washer should be used and the spring washer should be pressed flat.

地线、电源线的余长要剪除,不能盘绕。必须采用整段线料且绝缘层无破损现象 The extra part of the ground cable or power cable should be smoothly cut off rather than coiled. A whole cable segment with good insulation layer should be used. Do not use a cable with two segments joined.

6 电源线和信号线、尾纤分类绑扎,分开布放,间距大于 5cm,无交叠 All cables (power cables, signal cables and pigtails) should be bound and laid by classification, with a minimum parallel distance of 5 cm in between.

7 机架内外线缆、尾纤均不得悬空飞线 The cables or pigtails inside and outside the rack should not hang in the air.

8 电缆的弯曲半径符合标准要求 The bending radius of a cable should meet the requirements.

9 各种线缆接头连接紧固,无松动现象。 The connectors of various cables should be properly and firmly connected.

黑白扎带不可混用,室内采用白色扎带,扎带尾齐根剪断无尖口;室外采用黑色扎带,扎带尾需

剪平并预留 3-5 扣(3-5mm)余量(防高温天气退扣)。 The black and white ties should not mix up: The white ties are used indoors, and its end after binding should be completely and smoothly cut off; while the black ties are used outdoors and 3-5 mm should be reserved at the end after binding.

线缆标签齐全,格式正确,朝向一致,如用户有特殊要求,按用户要求的格式操作(需提供用户

要求相关文档证明) The cables should be correctly labeled. Any special requirement of the user should be met so long that a written request is made.

室外安装检查 Outdoor Installation

1 独立抱杆必须配有避雷针,确保天线、GPS 天线处于 45度保护范围内,并可靠接地。 A separate pole must be configured with a lightning arrester. All antennas and GPS antennas are installed within the 45° coverage area of the arrester and reliably grounded.

2 GPS 天线支架安装稳固,天线垂直张角 90°范围没有遮挡。 GPS antenna support is firmly installed and there is not any obstacle with an upward view of 90°.

线缆接头、接地卡做防水包扎,按顺序紧密缠绕绝缘胶带和防水胶带(即 1层绝缘(最内层)+3

层防水+3层绝缘(最外层)),包扎完后两端必须采用黑色扎带固定; Take waterproof measures for cable connections and grounding clips by wrapping insulation tape and waterproof tape in the way of 1 layer of insulation tape (inner), 3 layers of waterproof tape and 3 layers of insulation tape (outer) and then fixing the tape with black cable ties at both ends.

馈线进入机房前,须做滴水弯,滴水弯的最低点要求低于馈线窗进线口下沿 10 cm ~20 cm A waterproof elbow should be made before a feeder enters the equipment room. The lowest point of the elbow should be 10 cm ~ 20 cm lower than the lower edge of inlet of feeder window. The feeder window must be sealed with fireproof materials.

定向天线方位角误差不大于±5°,定向天线俯仰角误差应不大于±0.5°,天线连接正确,扇区

关系正确,没有接反、接错。 In case of directional antenna, the error of its azimuth should be no more than ±5°, and the error of its downtilt should be no more than ±0.5°. The antenna should be correctly connected, with sectors being properly configured.
