Booking Confirmation- Bookings are only confirmed once the function agreement has been faxed back, and the Room Hirefee has been paid- Any booking which are being held tentative will be held for 7 days, at which point the venue holds theright to release the date

Payment- To secure your event, a $200 Room Hire fee must be paid- Full payment for catering must be paid in full 7 days prior to your function- In the case of bar tabs an agreement must be made between management and the host about anamount paid up front, with the remainder paid for at the conclusion of the event via cash or credit card- A minimum spend will be discussed at time of booking, this minimum spend must be adhered to

Cancellation- If a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the function 50% of the food, beverage and an other costs willbe forfeited. - Extra costs will apply if a cancellation occurs on a public holiday or special event this will be discussed attime of booking.

Final Numbers- The client must advise the venue of final numbers no later than seven (7) days prior to function date- Minimum numbers apply to function space of Lounge Bar

Insurance/Damage- Our organisation will take reasonable care, but will not accept responsibility for damageto or loss of items before, during or after a function- You are financially responsible for any loss or damage sustained to the premises or ourproperty during a function or by your guests when entering or leaving the premises- You are also responsible for any loss or damage to equipment hired by us for you- Security is required for 21st birthdays- Security guards at a ration of one (1) guard per fifty (50) guests- Yard glasses are prohibitted as we practice Responsible Service of Alcohol

Other-Terms and Conditions and pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice- All functions must be the same as originally booked (ie. 21st birthday must be a 21st birthday)- Management reserve the right to add security guard(s) to any function, at any time when deemed necessaryat the clients expense- Functions in lounge bar can be held until 11:45pm, with the option to continue downstairs - No Food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought into the venue by clients or clientsguests, unless prior permission is obtained- Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their own discretion and shut down any function that breaches the regulations of the Camperdown Hotel- Camperdown Hotel do not allow 18th Birthday parties
