ZDY serial splitting rigs are convenient to disassemble and move, have
complete specifications, wide application, adapt different conditions of roadway.
ZDY6000S(MK-6) and ZDY8000S/10000S(MK-7) are rigs with big power for
drilling large diameter and deep boreholes, can drill large diameter horizontal
boreholes of 600m-1000m deep，filling the gap in this field in China.

Caterpillar shelf moving rig has realized the technical breakthrough fromtraditional splitting rig to integrated caterpillar rig. With load-sensitive andguided control technology as well hydraulic components of international brand ,the rig has advanced and reliable performance. Deep-hole Directional Drill Rig
is specifically designed to
operate in explosive
environments for directional in-
seam drilling. Combing with
Directional Drilling
Management System, Down
Hole Motor, CHD Drill Rod
and Full Hole PDC Bit, the
system can drill in-seam
boreholes in excess of 1500
meters.
In-site experiment of integrated underground directional drilling equipment has been accomplished in Sihe coal mine. Borehole 1# has maximum depth of 1881m which we believe is the deepest coal mine underground directional borehole. The hole has 11 branches, 7 of them are drilled to detected roof and the rest are drilled to detected floor

4. Directional Drilling Technology
Gas drainage directional borehole drilling in Dafosi Coal Mine,
Shaanxi, China
Maximum depth of 1024m borehole was achieved in 2012. 4 branches were accomplished,
3 of them reached the targets accurately. Average daily drilling depth was as high as 160m.
The fact shows that ZDY6000LD(A) directional drilling system can drill boreholes as depth
as 1000m with relative high drilling efficiency.

Gas drainage directional borehole drilling in Rujigou Coal Mine,
Ningxia, China
Deep hole directional drilling were conducted in Rujigou Coal Mine to replace shallow
borehole drilling, which lead to high gas drainage efficiency, less drilling operation and
lower cost (reduced more than 40% labor and material cost)
