主要统计指标解释

批准企业( 项目) 个数是指外商直接投资中批准设立的外商投资企业个数、批准的合作开发项目个数。

合同外资金额是指批准外商投资企业的合同、章程中规定的外国投资者认缴的出资额和企业投资总额内的应由外方

投资者以自己的境外自有资金直接向企业提供的贷款。包括新批准企业合同外资和原有企业的增资减资, 增资减资不对企

业( 项目) 个数进行调整。

实际使用外资金额是指合同外资金额的实际执行金额。

外商直接投资是指外国企业和经济组织或个人( 包括华侨、港澳台胞以及我国在境外注册的企业 ) 按我国有关政策、法

规, 用现汇、实物、技术等在我国境内开办外商独资企业、与我国境内的企业或经济组织共同举办中外合资经营企业、合作经

营企业或合作开发资源的投资( 包括外商投资收益的再投资) 以及经政府有关部门批准的项目投资总额内, 企业从境外借入

的资金。

外商其它投资是指除外商直接投资以外其他方式吸收的外资。

进出口总额指实际进出我国国境的货物总金额。包括对外贸易实际进出口货物, 来料加工装配进出口货物, 国家间、

联合国及国际组织无偿援助物资和赠送品, 华侨、港澳台同胞和外籍华人捐赠品, 租赁期满归承租人所有的租赁货物, 进料加

工进出口货物, 边境地方贸易及边境地区小额贸易进出口货物( 边民互市贸易除外) , 中外合资企业、中外合作经营企业、外商

独资经营企业进出口货物和公用物品, 到、离岸价格在规定限额以上的进出口货样和广告品( 无商业价值、无使用价值和免费

提供出口的除外) , 从保税仓库提取在中国境内销售的进口货物, 以及其他进出口货物。

Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators

Enterprises( Projects) Permitted refers to number of foreign invested enterprises and developed projects under cooperation

through the permission.

Contracted Foreign Investment refers to expenditure promised by the foreign investor and loan stemed from broad innate fund

of the foreign investor, according to the contract and regulation approved of enterprise invested by foreigner.

Actual Utilization of Foreign Investment refers to actual usage of contracted foreign investment, including cash, investment in

kind and incorporeal agreed by the both sides as part of the investment, such as services and technology.

Foreign Direct Investment refers to the investments by foreign enterprises and economic organizations or individuals( including

overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong dong, Macao and Taiwan, and Chinese enterprises registered abroad) , following the relevant

policies and laws of China, for the establishment of ventures and cooperative enterprises or cooperative exploration of resources with en-

terprises or economic organizations in China, lt includes the reinvestment of the foreign entrepreneurs with the profits gained from the in-

vestment and the funds that enterprises borrow from aboard in the total investment of projects which are approved by the relevant depart-

ment of the government.

Other Investment by Foreign Entrepreneurs refers to all forms of utilization of foreign capitals other than foreign direct invest-

ment.

Total Imports and Exports refers to the real value of commodities imported into and exported from the boundary of China.

They include the actual imports and exports through foreign trade, imported and exported goods under the processing and assembling

trades and materials, supplies and gifts as aid given gratis between governments and by the United Nations and other international or-

ganizations, and contributions donated by overseas Chinese, compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao and Chinese with foreign citizenship,

leasing commodities owned by tenant at the expiration of leasing period, the imported and exported commodities processed with impor-

ted materials, commodities trading in border areas ( excluding mutual exchange goods) , the imported and exported commodities and ar-

ticles for public use of the Sino-foreign joint ventures, cooperative enterprises and ventures exclusively with foreign own investment. Al-

so included are import or export of samples and advertising goods for whose CIF or FOB value are beyond the permitted ceiling ( exclu-

ding goods of no trading or use value and free commodities for export) , imported goods sold in China from bonded warehouses and other

imported or exported goods.
