Role of CCP

In general, the role of CCP is to lead the CC team to plan and execute WNLDS for the big picture through understanding and harmonizing all process between the CC team and various internal and external stakeholders.

Represetation: Official contact of WNLDS CC Team

Report: -Periodic report of progress to Conference Manager (CM)-Generate post-conference report for CC operation

CC Team Recruitment:-Design CC team position JD and application-Conduct CC team recruitment-Finalize CC team after disucssion with CM

CC Team Training

CC Team Management-Coordinate CC team for conference preparation-On-site coordination of CC member

CCP Profile ．Past AIESEC experience (LC Leadership or OC experience) ．Proactiveness．Past experience in event planning and management．Above average level of English and ability to work in 　multicultural team．Excellent time awareness and management skills．Ability to work under pressure．Excellent people & team management skills

1. Why do you run for the Congress Committee Presdient (CCP) of WNLDS 2016? What do you expect to give and to take from the experience?

2. Share about your vision/big picture of WNLDS 2016 and explain. In your opinion, how WNLDS 2016 is relevant to AIESEC Mongolia and achievement of the entity's goal for term 1516 and in the long term?

3. What are the essential factors of an "Amazing Conference"? What is the role of CC team to ensure these? What is your role as CCP to ensure these?
