INFORMATIONDelivery InformationWe deliver between 6:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For an evening or weekend event, please contact our office for further information.

We do recommend delivery 30 minutes prior to your serving time.

Our standard delivery fee is $23.00 per drop-off. We also charge a $12.00 pickup fee for orders requiring the use of CCC equipment.

Weekday OrdersWe accept orders until 4:00 pm one day prior to the requested delivery. Of course, we do recommend getting orders in early.

Last minute same day orders may be accepted on a case by case basis, but always ask and we will do our best to accommodate all of our clients.

CancellationsWe do require a 24 hour notice on cancellations, but some cancellations may not be accepted depending on the menu and time of call.

Service Staff and Equipment RentalService staff begins at $31.00 per hour (4 hour minimum). In lieu of service staff for professional set up, a $75.00 set up fee may be assessed for special events.

Chicago Cafe Caterers provide a wide variety of rental equipment including: Linen, chafing dishes, China, flatware and much more. Please contact our office to discuss these options for your upcoming event.

PaymentsWe accept American Express, VISA, Master Card, Diners’ Club, Discover, check and cash. House accounts are available upon request on a net 15 basis. All new clients must pay with a credit card or check upon delivery until credit is established.

TaxAll orders are subject to a 9.25% sales tax.

The Chicago Bottled Water Tax of $.05 will be applied.

DepositsAny event in excess of $1,000.00 will require a 50% deposit following confirmation of the event. The balance due must be received on the date of the event.
