DESCRIPTION

Very simply, the Constant Clean re-refines the solvent in your parts cleaner on a continuous basis. Solvent is automatically transferred from your parts cleaner, heated until it boils, condensed back into its virgin form, and redeposited into your parts cleaner. The oils, greases, dirt and other contaminates fall automatically in a waste collection container. And the process starts all over again.

Step 1: Heat-Up

The Constant Clean heats up, boiling the dirty parts washing fluid to produce solvent vapor inside the recycling unit.

Step 2: Cool-Down

The pure solvent vapor is condensed, cooled and pushed back into the parts washer.

How The Constant Clean Works

After 2 gallons have been recycled, the Constant Clean automatically enters cool down mode

Page 8: Cc2000 how it works

As the unit cools, it draws in parts washing fluid.

Step 3: Transfer

How The Constant Clean Works

The Constant Clean continues to draw in dirty solvent and replace it with clean solvent.

After each cycle the parts washing fluid becomes more & more clean.

The Constant Clean will operate for months with little to no maintenance.

Solvent will be kept clean and waste will collect inside the distillation chamber. This happens completely automatically.

When the chamber eventually becomes full, the waste full light will turn on. This means that it is time to drain the waste and re-prime the unit.

To do so, wait until the Room Temperature light turns on, drain 3-5 gallons of waste from the unit using the priming hose, and re-prime.
