c u t t h e c r Ê p eYour neighborhood Crêpe Coop is tucked away in historic Downtown Anaheim at the freshly redeveloped Anaheim Packing House.

Here you can find us crafting our latest crêpe creations. With an everchanging flavorwheel of seasonal organic fruit, rich & creamy gelato, spreads, and “coop”made batters and whipped creams—you’ll bust your brains trying to create your own...

But don’t sweat it! We have our resident crêpes—the tried & true—the specialty crêpes we’ve carefully formulated from those nights when we’d kickback and light up our crepe griddles, roll up our sleeves and make a bunch of crêpes until we found out which crepes made us go bananas. Like our Ape Crêpe! Try it. Then you will see we are telling the truth.

To complement our crêpes is a proud menu of refreshments, including a line of fairly traded coffees, teas, and shaken soymilk. With our coffee beans locally roasted and our soymilk locally brewed, you won’t be getting any fresher than us. And yes, they’re all organic too.

Peep more to learn more.

All our batters are made with both organic eggs and milk.

We can guarantee that our chickens and cows do not have roid-rage.

Coopmade and crowd favorites, our spreads include a fresh berry compote, speculoos, adzuki beans and nutella.

Add toppings like peanut brittle, almonds, granola or mochi to create your desired texture.

Finish it off with a drizzle like chocolate, honey, caramel or sweetened milk.

Our flavored and fresh coopmade whipped creams will make you want to whip it good.

Fruits are seasonal and organic whenever possible. We might not always be able to get organic.

Sometimes we can’t have everything we want in life—and we’re OK with that.

Our gelato contains a natural base of 14% butterfat mix which gives it a richer, creamier and denser texture and flavor. Churned locally at the beaches of Redondo.

Certified organic and locally roasted in Orange County, we can serve your coffee as an espresso based drink or a direct pour over.

Our organic teas are one of the few things that aren’t local, and they’re far from it. From the reaches that include Fujian, Morocco, and Ireland, our teas are calming and refreshing either piping hot or shaken cold.

For some added texture and nutrition, throw in some chia seeds or aloe pulp.

Infuse some flavor, or have it plain. Our soy milk is brewed locally with organic soy beans and can be prepped as a steamer or over ice.

Get a scoop or two of our latest rotation of rich and creamy gelato made with a 14% butterfat content, topped off with Coop Whip. If you’re on a diet—cheat day.

For something a lil’ lighter, try a bowl of fully organic acai or pitaya aka dragon fruit. Pop it off with granola and the seasonal fruit of your choosing.

Fulfill both your caffeine and sugar fix—choose between a shot of espresso or tea concentrate doused over your choice of gelato.
