Capstone Project 2: I.T.T. Technical Institute
- In a scenario, students are security engineers. They have to develop plans to secure an organization’s
network. In this scenario, they develop cost analyses, project timelines, security plans, training plans,
gap analyses, and present their work to explain it in detail at the end of the course.
Capstone Project 1: Kaplan College
- In a scenario, students build their own networks for a large organization using Cisco Packet Tracer.
They also have to build and configure a small home office network. These scenario’s provide them with
actual hands on experience and prepares them for entry level certifications such as the Network+ and
Security+ certifications.
Other Projects:
- My other projects include: building virtual labs using Virtualbox and VMware, configuring and creating small
networks, repairing and troubleshooting desktops and laptops, building hackintoshes, replacing old desktop parts,
and building PCs with installations of Linux and Windows.
