In 2015, we wanted to further improve our service and identified that our client’s biggest problems were communication and administration, this led to the launch of CAW Apps which was an instant solution to all our client’s problems, in addition this meant that we are the only company to offer a package to install ISO standards into any business whilst reducing the company’s administration.

This also gave us the ability to remotely audit all our clients, which again reduces costs and input from the clients. We could also analyse the data captured through the paperless systems and allow us to continually supply our clients with actions to improve their business, what this meant for our clients is they received the constant support of an in-house quality expert for the cost of a remote support service. We are the only company to work in this way in the UK or in fact across the Globe, our unique service is what ensures our clients keep the edge over the competition.

We Build the clients complete system to the required standard and ask them to review it and send us over any documents that they are currently using which they would like us to integrate into their system. They also advise us at this point if they would like us to make any amendments to policies etc. to ensure the system truly reflects the business

Within 96 Hours

We work with hundreds of companies and all the good practices we identify we add to our documents. This ensures that we are supplying our clients the best possible system. In supplying the full system and letting the client select what parts of the old system they would like to integrate in, it gives the client an option to improve old paperwork with perhaps a higher standard of document instead of just patching up the old system they had which is effectively what other consultants do.

5 Visit 4Consultant adds the remaining half of the required documents to the client’s system to meet standards

We have no need for this visit as unlike other consultants who drip feed the system to the client to increase the number of visits they require, we send the system as a complete system

We do however provide FREE Remote system & QMR training for two members of staff

We do this as it improves efficiency. Also, as we send the system complete, it allows us to deliver free system and QMR training. Most other consultants don’t do this but we believe the more a system can be developed internally the better, as the more bespoke it will be, as unlike a consultant they are working there regularly – it is a more comprehensive remote training session as the staff can see the interaction of processes which is required for most schemes.

We offer all our clients a paperless reporting system for just £250. This is an app based system which records and retrieves all evidence and information required to complete the documented system

This reduces admin time by around 60% and helps our clients to meet KPI’s as it allows paperless reporting. As its app based there are no kit costs or running costs which also allows staff instant access to all policies and training –it also allows us to assist remotely via backstage access.

This saves a huge amount of man hours, wages, expenses, fuel etc. as staff and clients can download the app and complete all admin at the click of a button

8 Visit 6External audits range from 1-5 days dependent on which scheme it is, consultants recommend that they always attend audits to ensure you don’t have any issues

We recommend that on our clients first ever audit they have us present for the first day only (we can attend the full audit but the client doesn’t benefit)

In almost all audits the system or documentation is checked on the first day – when clients are new to external audits, it can benefit them to have a consultant there to assist. The rest of the audit is spent interviewing staff and clients which must be done 1 on 1 meaning that there is absolutely no need to have their consultant stay the entire duration of the audit however that is what other UK consultants insist on.
