Our History Founded by a team with over 15 years of experience producing events ranging from 50 attendees to 15,000, Catfish Entertainment produces a wide variety of top-level business and private functions. We’ve produced events at renowned venues from The Ritz Carlton in Pasadena, California to Bryant Park in New York city. We’ve produced events all over the United States, in Canada, the Caribbean and Europe. We’ve produced shows at the iconic and (now sadly closed) CBGBs. We’ve hosted a charity event at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! Heck, we’ve even brought Ringling Bros. And Barnum & Bailey to town.

Event Structure WORKSHOP STYLE

Welcome Packet Prior to the event, a Welcome Packet is sent out to all attendees. This consists of : •  The event brochure •  A welcome letter •  Local attractions •  Typically a small gift

(coupon for hotel bar, etc.)

Communication Prior to Event Our Event Production & Event Management Team maintain consistent communication with all confirmed executives leading up to the event regarding updates to the agenda, hotel reservations, sizzle reel submissions & gift-bag donations: •  Monthly Check-ins •  1 Week Reminder E-mail •  1 Day Reminder E-mail

Hospitality As Customer Service is our top priority, we treat all of our guests like VIPs: •  Welcome Calls: we greet all new confirmed Attendees & Sponsors with a Welcome

Call to review basic logistics & any event questions.

•  Hotel Accommodation – we secure discounted rates at the hotel for our guests. Additionally, we extend the offer to book these hotels accommodations. By doing that, we beecome the middle-man for this transaction so that our guests only have to deal with one party

Gift Bags As a “Thank You” to our guests, we distribute a gift bags at the conclusion of the event. •  Both attendees & sponsors are entitled to contribute a piece of

SWAG to be included in this give-away. •  We don’t allow any printed materials to be distributed as we don’t

want it to be a sales/promotional vehicle.

VIP Room Drops Upon checking into the hotel, our VIPs are welcomed with a Room Drop (typically either chocolate or liquor!):

Welcome Notes & Onsite Manager We have dedicated Onsite Managers for each Attendee & Sponsor: •  Responsible for greeting each executive &

ensuring that they are catered to for the entire event

•  Handle introductions to those executives that they’d like to meet as well as to make sure they are aware of their 1:1 meetings schedule

Event Materials Upon checking into the event, each guest is greeted by a Catfish Entertainment staff member, a warm breakfast & the following event materials: •  Event brochure/agenda •  Personal Name Badge •  1:1 Meetings Schedule

Referrals As we run business events year-round, our event producers use their existing relationships to connect with executives who are necessarily difficult to get ahold of (by referrals & recommendations). Additionally, we welcome referrals to colleagues and friends and we’ll personally send out a custom invite.

Password Protected Website Officially launched at each event, each attendee receives a unique log-in & password for access to the website: •  Video Recording of Event sessions •  Direct Messaging to Other Attendees •  Group Discussions •  Industry Executive Interviews

Wrap-Up Report Following each event, our Event Producer creates a written report of the event which includes key takeaways from each of the sessions:
