Activity 1:

What am I?

clues. Can you guess the animal

without using all three clues?

Activity 2

‘This Little Piggy’ Rhyme

Activity 3

Muddy Pigs

Add cornflour, a little brown food

colouring and water to a large

Activity 1:

Movement on the Farm

Can you ….

Gallop like a horse?

What is in the Box?

Play a ‘What is in the box?’ initial

ask the adult to say the initial sound

of one of their names and see if you

can work out the chosen animal!

Activity 3

Mark-making

Fill a shallow tray with flour,

coloured rice or grains. Use your

finger or hold a stick to mark-make

in the tray. Can you write any of the

at particular times of the year? Does

anything special happen on a farm at

Christmas?

Look at pictures of farm animals.
