Please use this menu to gather ideas and contact us so we may fulfill your requirements and ensure a successful and pleasant event. You will find the contact information for our Culinary Ministry Coordinator, Valerie Schranz. She will work with you to handle all the arrangements.

Planning Your EventSuccessful events start with early planning! Bellevue Culinary Ministry is here to help you facilitate a truly memorable event.
To begin planning your event, please contact Bellevue’s Culinary Ministry Coordinator, Valerie Schranz. She will assist you in making all the necessary arrangements.
Food Service Ministry Policies
• Any Culinary Ministry event must first be approved in the church calendar.
• A minimum notice of 14 business days prior to an event is required to ensure that all necessary requirements can be met.
• Events with less than 150 guests may require an additional catering fee of $125.
• A deposit of 20 percent will be required to hold your event on the calendar. This deposit will be based on your event quote and your initial estimated guest count. As soon as the final guest count is determined, you will be provided an invoice for the remaining balance of your quote.
• Please confirm the final guest count five business days prior to your event, unless otherwise arranged. You will be billed 100 percent of this number or the actual guest count (whichever is higher).
• If no guarantee is received, the original estimated guest count will be used. We will do our best to accommodate changes after the guarantee is received and ensure everyone receives some food, but we cannot guarantee the exact menu.
• Access to room cannot be guaranteed more than two hours prior to the event start time.
• A 72-hour notice is required for cancellation of an event to avoid loss of your deposit.
• Events must end before 10:00 p.m. to avoid an additional labor charge.
• Entrée selections for served events are limited to two choices, and an exact count must be given.
• Special dietary requests must be made at the time you make the event arrangements.
• For events of 25 or fewer, Bellevue Culinary Ministry reserves the right to select a menu.
• Due to health regulations and insurance liability, unused food and beverage products cannot be removed from the premises.
• Market fluctuations: All prices of products or services are subject to change in order to meet unexpected/extreme cost fluctuations.
• Payment is expected at the time of event.
PLEASE NOTE: Although most events are covered in the Culinary Ministry outline, there are often events that are specific in outreach and setup. Culinary Ministry reserves the opportunity to examine individual requirements for special events that fall outside of the “routine” designation so that all expectations are met.
