Banquet Guidelines

Hosted and Cash Bars

Liquor – Well $5.00, Call $6.00, Premium $7.00

Beer – Domestic $4.50, Specialty and Import $5.50

Wine – Red or White House Wine, $6.00 per glass, and $20.00 per bottle

Kegs – Select kegs are available at market value, inquire with your Event Manager

Corkage Fee - $5.00 per opened bottle

Keg Tap Fee - $125.00

1) Donated beer and wine are accepted at the DoubleTree by Hilton Billings. We strictly adhere to all local, state,

and federal guidelines regarding donated alcohol.

2) The following fees and minimums apply to all banquet bars: A $200.00 fee applies to each full-service bar and a

$100.00 fee applies to each beer, wine, or Champagne bar set up for your event. Each bar is required to be set and

open for a minimum of two (2) hours of service.

3) Specialty created drinks are available for your event, ask your Event Manager for details.

Custom Menu Options

Our Executive Chef and culinary team are happy to prepare a custom menu for your group. Inquire with your Event

Manager for pricing options and details.

Banquet Event Orders and Guarantee

1) If changes are made to a room set after the Banquet Event Order (BEO) has been finalized, an additional service

fee of $150.00 may be imposed.

2) Final group counts (guarantee) are due to the hotel three (3) business days prior to the event date. The group is

responsible for all prepared meal items, up to the guaranteed number, after that date.

3) The final signed BEO is due to the hotel five (5) business days prior to the event.

4) Pricing is subject to a proportionate increased cost of food, beverage, labor, etc. Quoted pricing cannot be

guaranteed until 60 days prior to the date of the event.
