Description and characteristics of septic tank models:Septic tanks are domestic waste water treatment devices, which use a combination of settling and anaerobic digestion to achieve a significant reduction of the pollution load.

Made of high density polyethylene, they are durable and resistant to harmful chemicals. The interior walls have smooth surfaces for easy cleaning and prevention of aggregation and accumulation of debris. Low weight for easy transport and better handling.

Should be installed in areas where there is no waste water drainage system.• Ideal for installation in soil that is difficult to excavate or where groundwater levels are high.

COMPACT SEPTiC TANK

Description and characteristics:Compact Septic Tanks, also called biological septic tanks, are domestic waste water treatment devices in which a combination of settling with anaerobic digestion and additional aerobic treatment is used to achieve a significant reduction of the pollution load.

The use of the biological filter allows a high level of treatment, without resorting to any type of electromechanical equipment.

Made of high density polyethylene, they are durable and resistant to harmful chemicals. The interior walls have smooth surfaces for easy cleaning and prevention of aggregation and accumulation of debris. Low weight for easy transport and better handling.

ANTi-ODOUR CARTRiDGE

Principle:Premier Tech’s Anti-odour Cartridge intercepts the odours naturally generated by waste water treatment systems.

Premier Tech’s Anti-odour Cartridge uses an innovative activated fibre technology. These fibres allow the passage of air while intercepting offensive odour and are 10 times quicker than activated carbon technology.

Installation:• • Easy, quick installation.

- The Anti-odour cartridge should be inserted in the DN110 ventilation duct, at a height that allows easy replacement. The installation is made using a DN100 PVC female adapter, which should be fastened to the inside of the ventilation duct.

- It should be placed at the end of the ventilation duct, right below the static ventilator.

- The cartridge should be placed as close as possible to the fumes emission point, taking into consideration its adaptation to the installation’s layout.

Durability:One to three years, depending on use.

Principle:Because of their radical, highly concentrated biological formulas, composed of enzymes and non-pathogenic bacteria, “ACTIFLO” activators are more effective than exclusive bacterial products. The enzyme concentration in these products is decisive to their effectiveness.

Description and characteristics:Ecoflo® Compact Coconut Filter solutions are designed for effective treatment of domestic waste water with individual sanitation. After pre-treatment in the septic tank, the waste water is treated through the Premier Tech Compact Coconut Filter.

Ready-to-install, Ecoflo® solutions are compact, environmentally-friendly (made of organic, vegetable and reusable filter), low-maintenance and durable. They consume no energy, adapt easily to all types of outdoor areas and require no treatment adjustments.

Offering high-performance, the filtering medium using “coconut shell fragments” is the corner stone of our technology (European Patent assigned to 19-09-2003, number EP 1539325B1).

Cutting-edge individual sanitation technology:The patented filtration element, made of coconut shell fragments, was developed by the Premier Tech technical and scientific team. For the past 20 years, our researchers have been developing the best filtering elements for waste water treatment.

Following several long-term laboratory and field tests, coconut shell fragments were chosen for their high purification capacity and durability.

Ecoflo® Compact Coconut Filters use a patented effluent feed and ventilation process in which calibrated coconut shell fragments act as small sponges with high absorption capacity (5 times greater than sand) and a large biologically active specific contact surface area.

This ecological filling allows the bacteria to nest, ensuring a high level of purification in a small volume and under all conditions of use.

Description and characteristics:Compact WWTPs, also known as Mini WWTPs are secondary treatment devices used for the treatment of domestic waste water. Using a combination of extended aeration followed by secondary sedimentation, they achieve water discharge environmental values that comply with the DL. 236/98.

An SBR-type WWTP consists of a single inner space where the cycles of aeration, sludge settling and discharge occur sequentially and cyclically. All these types of WWTPs are equipped with an aeration system, which supplies oxygen to the micro-organisms and also promotes homogenization of the mixed liquor. All electromechanical components are controlled by a single Electrical Control Panel.

Description and characteristics:The dredging box consists of a primary treatment element which retains all larger solids present in the raw waste water to prevent solids from entering the other treatment elements, including grease separators, septic tanks and WWTPs.

Equipped with a grid of galvanized steel bars installed at a 45 ° angle with 25 mm spacing between them. Also equipped with a basket for discharge of seeped materials.

HYDROCARBON SEPARATORSClass 1

Description and characteristics:Hydrocarbons are pollutant compounds that are part of the constitution of mineral oils. They include petrol, diesel and fuel or used oils.

The Hydrocarbon separator is a device used for the physical treatment of oily water contaminated with hydrocarbons through which the oils found in oily waste water are separated. This process makes it possible to achieve discharge values in accordance with the requirements in the existing legislation, the Decree Law 236/98 of 1 August.

The Hydrocarbons Class I Separator is prefabricated in High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and designed according to European Standard EN-858 for all oily waters.

The equipment consists of the following main elements:

GREASE SEPARATORS

Description and characteristics:Grease, animal and vegetable oils are pollutants found in cooking oils such as frying oil, margarines and butters.

The grease separator is a device used for the physical treatment of oily water contaminated with fats. It separates the oils found in oily waste water and provides discharge values in accordance with the requirements in existing legislation under Decree Law 236/98 of 1 August. aims to reduce the concentration of oils and grease in the discharge to below 15 mg/l.

The oily water contaminated with fats comes from several sources, including canteens, restaurants, butcher shops, slaughter houses, and catering establishments.

Prefabricated in HDPE, the Grease Separator is designed in accordance with Standard EN-1825-1 to receive all the oily water produced in the installation but is not set up to receive concentrated waste oil. It is also not allowed to route waste water to the Grease Separator.

Description and characteristics:Selective collection containers with a 2500 L capacity. The rectangular shape allows Selective collection containers with a 2500 L capacity. The rectangular shape allows the placement of several juxtaposed containers, thus creating aesthetically integrated and harmonious eco points.

The absence of any structures in the middle of the container maximizes its use and means that the container can be filled uniformly.

The 2500 model containers are made of rotomoulded High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with UV protection. Can be manufactured in several colours by the addition of colouring pigments.

Galvanized steel reinforcement and dumping device designed so that the stress borne by the polyethylene housing surrounding the counter is almost zero. The reinforcement, the discharge trapdoors, the opening arms, the chassis and the clamping system all made of high-quality galvanized steel.

The container is emptied by opening the base through a single piece discharge trapdoor which opens fully. This characteristic allows the discharge trapdoor to be opened automatically so there is contact and slight pressure from the foot switch. Following discharge, the container simply needs contact with the ground to lock again.

• Designed for the use of 120, 240 and 360 L capacity Two-Wheel containers (MGB). Equipped with a front and/or back door and a lock to reserve access to authorized operators only.

• Discharge trapdoor.

The discharge trapdoor is positioned at the bottom of the container and opens automatically when there contact and a light pressure on the foot switch on the collection vehicle’s tailgate. Following discharge, the container simply needs contact with the ground to lock again.

The lifting system consists of a single ring positioned at the top of the container. The reinforcement, the discharge trapdoors, the opening arms, the chassis and the clamping system all made of high-quality galvanized steel.

Description and characteristics:Constructed of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), these basins are used for reception and storage of oil and chemicals and to prevent spillage. Can be equipped with galvanized steel or pultruded grate.

Fully sealed, offer high mechanical resistance, are highly resistant to chemicals, and corrosion-proof.

The storage of chemicals complies with precise safety rules in order to protect operators and the environment in case of spillages (leaks). To reach this objective, all chemicals should be stored in a retention system.

All storage of fluids presenting a contamination risk to water and soil must be associated to a retention volume, which must be at least equal to the greater of the following two values:

• 100% of the capacity of the tank with the largest volume.

• 50% of the result of the sum of the different volumes.
