Nov.2000 The 1st company of FuLu Group Shandong Jindalu Vehicle Co., Ltd. was founded，and it mainly manufactured and managed cargo tricycle.

Dec.2002 Made product transformation, started to focus on development and production of covered passenger tricycle.

Jan.2003 The covered passenger tricycle realized mass production. The annual output reached 5000 units and income over 60 million RMB,

it was a qualitative leap.

May 2004 The 1st tricar with 11 patents, which included auto design, independent suspension, and Three-in-One transmission, was created.

Jul. 2004 Trade mark FULU was registered successfully.

Mar.2005 The 1st batch of tricars made in Jindalu was exported to USA with DOT certificate.

Nov.2006 Another company of Fulu Group Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Co., Ltd. was founded in Lingxian Economic Development Zone.

Sep.2007 The 1st tricar “Junma”, which was made in Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Co., Ltd., rolled off and realized mass production. Fulu brand electric

tricycle won the title of “Shandong Famous brand”

Jun.2008 Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Co., Ltd. passed audit of NDRC, to be motorcycle access enterprise.

Oct.2009 Numerical controlled tricar A1, which was invested 30 million RMB, launched on the market and it was on behalf of the highest level in the

tricar industry.

Sep.2010 The technical center of Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Co., Ltd., was identified asthe “province-level technology center".

Apr.2011 Shandong Lichi New Energy Industry Zone, invested by Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Co., Ltd., was laid foundation and started construction.

Dec.2012 The annual sales reached 55 thousand units and production value over 1 billion RMB.

July 2013 Dezhou VC-Tech Co., Ltd. was co-founded by Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Korea VC Tech company. Since then, the world’s

advanced level of motor and control system of electric car officially settled in Dezhou city.

Dec.2013 Fulu Group established formally with 6 subsidiary companies. The annual sales of Fulu Group over 68 thousand units, created a new
