ASSO is the brand new line of vibrators by DiatecAn exclusive product completely conceived, developed, designed and manufac-tured in-house.Practically, frequency converter or conventional drive unit has been eliminatedby placing the electric motor directly into the control button-box.The result is a great manoeuvrability while working, also thanks to a substantialweight reduction: only 1.5 Kg!An aluminium gear-box permitted to use an electric motor with reduceddimensions and power while evenly ensuring the same return ever.This also means lower energy consumption and less material for final disposal,then more attention to our future.Despite having so low size and weight, the drive unit is so powerful that it is ableto use needles up to a diameter of 48 mm.ASSO body has been realized with a sturdy anti-shock plastic material.

FLEXIBLE SHAFT VIBRATORS “ASSOFLEX”

ASSOFLEX series is much more flexibleand especially much cheaper comparedto other concrete vibration systems.A metallic rope entirely transmits thepower of the drive unit ASSO to thevibrating body, which is manufactured byusing resistant carbon steels.A particular surface treatment makes thevibrator highly resistant to corrosiveagents and ensures it a longer life.The absence of the electric motor insidethe vibrating body prevents it from over-heating and also there is no more theneed to immerge the vibrator intoconcrete for cooling.Moreover, there is no need of mainte-nance or special precautions to make thebest use of ASSOFLEX vibrators.The rubber hose is reinforced with a steelcore and it is treated in order to resist fora long time to oils, grease, abrasion andcorrosive agents in general.The special rubber blend guarantees itslasting even at temperatures from -20°Cto + 80°C.Furthermore, the type and diameter ofthe metallic cord used always guaranteea constant transmission of the power tothe eccentric mass of the vibrating body.The handling of the system make itsuitable for every kind of vibration: fromfoundations to small balcony, from pillarto cast up to more than 4 m height.Joint of vibrators

The timer with LED lights allows a fully automatic work.Vibration time can be set by the operator according to therequirements. It is enough to turn the switch on and vibrators startworking. After a soft start of about 5 seconds, vibrators reach fullpower and then they turn off slowly again. This system allows notto stress the motor and it does not damage the metal panel and itsjoints.

The strong metal cover is installed on a practical support withwheels, that facilitates the movement on the construction siteand is also provided with an extension of 10 m with cable reel.Taking into consideration also a cable of 10 m length standardon each vibrator, operator has a large action range.It is so extremely easy to use, that once vibrators are put in thecorrect position, it can be used also by not particularly qualifiedoperators.

The exclusive steel vice system allows its locking on all types of metallic form-works on the market. A double-threaded screw allows the clamping jaws to zoomin or out effortless, quickly and by using a common 27 mm wrench.For setting the depth, it is enough to place the jaws in one of the several groovesprovided, according to the dimensions of the steel section used by the manufac-turer of the formwork.
