Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are the styles you have in your

collection?

Please see the catalog.

2. Can I see a sample of the garments that I

would like to order in order to feel the fabric

and assess the stitching quality?

Yes, you can. We have a sampling fee of 1.5 times the

price offered to you plus the courier charges to your

destination. The samples will not include any private

labels, prints or embroideries.

3. What are the MOQs?

100 pieces per style per color with a mix of sizes for

infant and toddler garments.

4. Can you offer private labelling?

Yes, we can. We would need the artwork from your

side and we will develop the labels and tags for you

based on the artwork. A Picture of the sample will be

sent to you for approval. Once approved, we will moveforward with producing the labels and tags.

5. Can you offer tag less labels?

Yes, we can. Again you need to send us the artwork in

a PDF file along with the colors in Pantone TPX and we

will then develop a sample and get it approved from

you before proceeding with the production.

6. Can I get the GOTS label or tag on my

garments?

Yes, you can. There is an extra charge per order thatyou would have to pay for this.

7. How do you pack your garments?

We pack them individually in LDPE bags which are

non-pvc. Thereafter in export size cartons with yourcompany name, address and packing list of the box.

Custom packaging is also available if the original

sample is provided by the customer and the material is

readily available locally.

8. How many colors do you have in your pre-

made range?

We usually stock 7 colors at all times. Natural, White,

Light Pink, Light Blue, Sage, Brown and Black. From

time to time we offer seasonal colors other than the

ones mentioned above, which can be used for your

order. We recommend you check with us for these.

9. Can I mix and match colors in one garment?

For example have pink sleeves and white body?

Yes, you can. There is an increased wastage and as a

result the price for the mix match garment is 10%higher than solid garments.

10. What type of Dyes to you use for these

garments?

We use AZO free, Heavy Metal Free, Reactive dyeswhich are approved under the GOTS standards. We also

use natural/herbal dyeing and printing.

11. How long does it take you to supply private

labelled garments?

We usually take 3-4 weeks for dispatch after the order

placed and advance received.

12. Do you work with any shipping or freight

forwarding company?

Yes, we do. We work with UPS, FedEx or DHL to

deliver the goods to your doorstep. They will clear the

goods through your local customs and deliver the goods

to your doorstep. Duties and tariffs applicable in yourcountry (if any) would have to be paid by you.

13. How much would it cost to ship the goods to

my warehouse/doorstep from your factory?

Please check out our shipment calculator. This willprovide you the approximate shipping cost for your

goods.

14. What type of fabrics do you stock?

We usually use 200-220 GSM (6-6.5 oz) very soft

Interlock fabrics for your garments. We also have 2x2

Rib and Knitted Terry and Brushed fleece in the same

weights in some colors. We also do wide range of

woven and knit certified organic fabrics.

15. What are your payment terms?

50% advance and balance before dispatch.

16. Can I do printing on these garments?

Yes, you can. There is a set up charge per screen. We

would need the artwork in a pdf file with the PantoneTPX colors, placement and dimensions of the print

requested. We will develop the sample, show you the

picture and then proceed with printing after you

approval.

17. Can you do all over prints on these

garments?

Yes we can. Again, we need to see the artwork in a pdf

file along with the colors in Pantone TPX, dimensions

etc.

18. How much do you charge for printing?

Printing costs are dependent on a number of factors Size of the print

Number of Colors in the print

Base fabric color

Complexity of the print

Therefore, we need to see the actual print artwork,

before we can work out the printing costs.

19. Can you offer embroidery on the garments?

Yes, we can. Cost of embroidery is dependent on the

art work we that we receive in a pdf file from you.

20. What happens if I receive defective pieces in

my order?

Although this rarely happens as the goods go through

a number of quality checks during the manufacturing

stage. However, if it does happen, we would be happy to

take the defective goods back and replace them or

refund to you at no extra charge. Shipping costs to

return the goods and send it back to you, would have to

be borne by you.
