La combinacin de vigas metlicas y viga de

madera proporcionan una mesa compacta y

estable. Dispone de modulaciones estndar

pero puede ser fabricado en obra en cual-

quier medida.

The combination of metal girders and wood

beam provides a stable and compact table.

Provides in standard sizes, also can be as-

sembled on site in every size.

El carro hidrulico est diseado para facilitar

las tareas de desencofrado y el traslado a la

siguiente fase de hormigonado de la misma

planta sin necesidad de gra.

The hydraulic trolley is designed to facilitate

form removal tasks and the transition to the

next concrete phase on the same oor without

needing a crane.

El Gancho de transporte vertical permite reali-

zar las operaciones de transporte, colocacin

de puntales y el posicionamiento y extraccin

de las mesas en obra de manera rpida y a-

ble.

The vertical transport C-hook allows trans-

port, placement of postshores and the positio-

ning and removal of the table on site so it can

be carried out quickly and reliably.

Diseo/Design

La Mesa Multiform se compone bsicamente de 3 elementos:

- La supercie fenlica de 21 mm: permite ofrecer un acabado de hor-

mign visto.

- La Viga Secundaria HT-20: ofrece versatilidad.

- La Viga Primaria UPN-120: de acero pintado, aporta la robustez y

durabilidad necesarias.

The Alsina Table is basically made up of 3 components:

- The phenolic surface of 1/16 (21 mm): gives a fair-faced concrete

nish.

- The HT-20 Secondary Beam: offers versatility.

- The UPN-120 Primary Beam: of painted steel, provides the necessary

strength and durability.

Transporte y almacenaje/Transport and storage

Las Mesas se envan pre-montadas a la obra y disponen de un pie de apoyo que permite su

apilado sin daar el fenlico.

- La altura de la mesa es de 34 cm.

- En su almacenaje y transporte se pueden apilar un mximo de 5 mesas.

- La mesa dispone de unos grilletes para su descarga mediante eslingas o mediante el Gancho

de Transporte vertical.

The Table is sent preassembled to the work site and has a support that allows it to be stacked

without damaging the phenolic.

- The height of the table is 34 cm.- A maximum of 5 tables can be stacked during storage and transport.

- The table has shackles used for its unloading with slings or using the vertical Transport C-hook.

El diseo de la Mesa Multiform responde a las diferentes necesidades

de obra permitiendo varias opciones: Apuntalamiento de cimbra para

grandes alturas o Puntal de alta resistencia. Cabezal jo o abatible

para extraccin bajo forjado.

The design of the Alsina Table system responds to different work re-

quirements, providing several options: Different shoring systems for

heights or Post-shores for general solutions. Drophead xed or folding

for removal under slabs.

Sistema pre-montado indicado para obras de grandes dimensiones y

con supercie de geometra regular. El sistema Mesas Multiform per-

mite ejecutar cualquier tipo de forjado, y est especialmente disea-

do para resolver losas macizas. Gracias a un montaje sistemtico, un

desencofrado rpido y seguro y el uso de pocas piezas sueltas, la

Mesa Multiform optimiza los ritmos de ejecucin. El sistema permite

ser montado en obra en cualquier medida.

Preassembled system for slabs, especially indicated in large-scale

projects and surfaces with regular geometry. Multiform Table allows to

implement all types of slabs although it is especially designed for solid

slabs. The system offers systematic assembly, resulting in quick and

safe form removal and the use of fewer spare parts. Multiform Table

can be assembled on site in every size.

La Mesa de encofrado Alsina permite el apeo con puntal telescpico y cabezal jo de anclaje a la

viga primaria. Se coloca en los mismos soportes para puntales y es especialmente til en aquellas

obras donde no existan obstculos en el permetro de la planta.

The Alsina formwork Table allows shoring with telescopic post-shores and xed head for ancho-

ring to the primary beam. It is placed in the same supports as the post-shores and is especially

useful in those projects where there are no obstructions around the perimeter of the oor.

Cabezal cimbra / A-Lite/Light shoring / A-Lite head

Para alturas superiores a 6 m, la mesa dispone de un Cabezal Fijo que permite acoplar la mesa a

sistemas de Cimbra CL-40 y Cimbra AR-80.

For heights greater than 19-8 1/4 (6 m), the table has a Fixed Head which allows coupling of

the table to light shoring systems

Soluciones para voladizo/Cantilever edge solution

La posibilidad de diferentes puntos de anclaje de los puntales en la viga primaria y el uso del tirante

antivuelco, estabilizan de forma totalmente segura la colocacin de las mesas para realizar voladizos

de hasta 1 m.

The possibility of different points of attachment of the post-shores in the primary beam and use

the securing strap roll, be safely stabilize the settings of tables for corbels up to 3-3 3/8 (1 m).

El sistema de apeo de las Mesas con puntal Alsina se realiza con el cabezal abatible, particula-

ridad que permite evitar con facilidad los obstculos (barandillas, etc.) en el momento de retirar

la mesa para las siguientes puestas. Caractersticas:

- Sistema de jacin rpido y seguro.

- Colocacin intuitiva y de fcil acceso para el operario.

- Muelle de seguridad para asegurar la palanca de apertura.

- Cada Mesa dispone de 6 soportes para colocar puntales (se colocarn slo 4 o 6 puntales en

funcin de la carga a soportar).

- Libre disposicin del cabezal en la viga primaria (mesas de voladizo)

- Mxima rigidez una vez colocado gracias a sus cuatro puntos de anclaje.

The aligning system of the Tables with Alsina post-shores is made with the folding head, which

allows it to easily avoid obstructions (guardrails, etc.) when removing the table for future posi-

tions. Features and benets:

- Quick and safe fastening system.

- Intuitive positioning and with easy access for the operator.

- Safety spring to secure the opening lever.

- Each Table has 7 positions for the placement of 4, 6 post-shores depending onthe load or 4post-shores in cantilever position.

- Free arrangement of the head in the main beam (cantilever tables).

- Maximum rigidity once placed thanks to their four anchorage points.

Carro de desplazamiento/Transportation trolley

Para el desplazamiento de las Mesas en la planta a encofrar, Alsina ha diseado un Carro de Des-

plazamiento manejable y robusto. El Carro puede ser plegado en su totalidad permitiendo un ptimo

transporte y acopio en obra. Las dimensiones del mismo son de 3,2 x 0,4 m cuando est plegado y

3,2 x 1,9 x 0,4 m cuando est montado en su posicin de trabajo. El Carro dispone de un sistema

hidrulico manual que facilitar las tareas de desencofrado y el traslado a la siguiente fase de hor-

migonado de la misma planta sin necesidad de gra de forma rpida, cmoda y segura. La carga

mxima de utilizacin es de 1.000 Kg.

For the movement of the Tables on the oor to form, Alsina has designed a Transportation Trolley

that is both easy to use and sturdy. The Trolley can be completely folded up, providing efcient

transport and storage on site. The dimensions of the trolley are 10-6 x 15 3/4 (3.2 x 0.4 m) when

it is folded and 10-6 x 6-2 3/4 x 15 3/4 (3.2 x 1.9 x 0.4 m) when it is in working position. The

Trolley has a manual hydraulic system that facilitates formwork erection and stripping operations

and the passing to the next concrete phaseon the same oor without needing the crane in a

quick, comfortable and safe way. The maximum useful load is 2200 pounds (1000 Kg).

Gancho/C-hook

El Gancho de transporte vertical permite realizar las operaciones de

transporte, colocacin de puntales y el posicionamiento y extraccin de

las mesas en obra de manera rpida y able. Dispone de un mecanismo

automtico que desplaza el centro de gravedad en funcin del peso de

carga transportada, evitando el balanceo de la mesa en los movimientos.

La carga mxima de utilizacin es de 1000 Kg. El Gancho puede utilizarse

con todas las modulaciones de mesas, tanto en sentido transversal como

en sentido longitudinal de la mesa. La horquilla inferior puede regular el

largo y el ancho para adaptarse a las dimensiones de cada mesa.

The vertical transport C-hook allows transport, placement of post-sho-

res and the positioning and removal of the table on site to be carried

outquicklyand reliably. The C-hook has a automatic mechanism that

moves the centre of gravity based on the weight of load transported,

avoiding the swinging of the table while moving. The maximum useful

load is 2200 pounds (1000 Kg). The C-hooks can be used with all the

table modules, in both the width and length of the table. The lower fork

head can regulate the length and width in order to t to the dimensions of
