FMR Hardcoated Lexan® Polycarbonate– BETTERThe strength of polycarbonate combined with FMRhardcoating provides strength with good scratchresistance. FMR polycarbonate is the OEM motorcycleindustry standard and was first developed for themotorcycle industry by National Cycle, Inc.

High Impact Acrylic – GOODHigh impact acrylic merges the crystal clarity ofacrylic with impressive impact resistance. A standard-ized plastic test (IZOD test) compares standard acrylicto high impact acrylic: standard acrylic breaks at 1.5ft-lbs, while high impact acrylic can withstand up to 8ft-lbs. Our kit includes an 8-oz. refill bottle of ShieldWash, a 1-oz. travel bottle, and a small highquality microfiber cloth.

It’s everything you need to keep your windshieldsparkling clean!

When cleaning your shield, use a soft, cleancloth. Don’t rub sharp debris back into yourshield. For large shields, spray the top sectionand work the cloth in a circular motion.

When you’re washing your bike or taking layersof dirt off your shield, you can always fall backon a mild dish detergent with lots of water ifyou don’t have our Shield Wash on hand. Besure to use a soft cloth that’s free of debris.

“I was traveling across the Howard FranklinBridge in Tampa, Florida when a vehicledirectly in front of me had a ball peen ham-mer fall from it and hit the pavement aheadof me.
