Tradizione e qualità

Nel 1990 tre aziende che operano nel settore della ceramica dal 1955 si fondono e danno vita a GSI.L’azienda, fonda il suo background esperienziale nella tradizione produttiva del settore e nasce già in possesso della struttura e del know-how necessari a garantire gli standard qualitativi richiesti dai mercati più esigenti.

Tradition and quality

In 1990, three companies that operate in the ceramic sector since 1955 merge together a give life to GSI.The company established its experiential background in the productive tradition of the sector and originates already with the possession of the structure and of the necessary know-how that guarantee the qualitative standards which are requested by the most demanding markets

Sotto la guida di un management giovane e preparato che l’ha resa leader nel mercato, oggi GSI si estende su un area di 70.000 m2 dei quali 35.000 sono intera-ente destinati alla struttura produttiva.

Guided by a young and prepared management that made it leader in the market, today GSI is spread out on a 70.000 m2 from which 35.000 are entirely assigned to the productive capacity.

GSI produce sanitari per il bagno, lavabi, bidet, wc ed accessori dedicati attraverso un processo in cui la tradizione si unisce alla tecnologia. Progettazione digitale e prototipazione rapida, manodopera specializzata ed impianti di colaggio ad alta pressione, smaltatura automatizzata e forni di cottura a ciclo continuo in grado di cuocere 1.500 articoli al giorno per 300.000 prodotti l’anno.

GSI produces bathroom sanitary ware; washbasins, bidet, wc and dedicated accessories through a process in which the tradition unites with technology. Digital Planning and fast prototyping, skilled labour and high pressure casting machines, automatic glazing and kilns with continuous cycles able to fire 1.500 articles a day for 300.000 products a year.

Il processo produttivo, interamente regolato secondo le normative ISO 9001, sottopone tutti i prodotti a rigidi controlli e test di qualità come previsto dalle normative EN per i prodotti che esibiscono il marchio CE.

The productive process entirely regulated according to the ISO 9001 standards, submits all products to strict inspections and quality tests in compliance with the EN normative for the products that display the CE label.

GSI progetta i suoi prodotti affinchè possano scaricare con soli 4,5 L d’acqua.La costante ricerca tecnologica guidata dall’attenzione per il risparmio energetico ha reso possibile la creazione di prodotti altamente efficenti.

GSI designs its products so that they can flush at only 4,5lt of water. The continuous technological researchguided by the attention to energy conservation has made it possible to create highly efficient products.

Qualità dei prodotti Quality of products

Igiene e risparmioLe normative prevedono che tutti i sanitari siano smaltati nelle superfici interne visibili. Al fine di garantire una mag-giore efficienza dello scarico ed un elevato livello di igiene, GSI smalta tutte le superfici comprese quelle non in vista garantendo la completa impermeabilità ed asetticità del prodotto.

Enamel and cleanabilityAccording to the standards, all sanitary warehas to be glazed on the internal visible surfaces. But in order to guarantee a bigger efficiency of the waste and an eleva-ted level of hygiene, GSI glazes all the surfaces, including the ones that are not visible, guaranteeing the complete impermeability and asepticity of the product.

Resistenza al caricoGli standard qualitativi GSI esigono che tutti i prodotti siano sottoposti a test di carico secondo le normative di settore.

Resistance to weightThe GSI qualitative standards demand that all products are submitted to the load safety test according to the standards of the sector.

Manutenzione La nostra ceramica, continuamente sottoposta a test di verifica, garantisce alti livelli di brillantezza e pulibilità secondo le indicazioni del produttore.

Mercato Market

Oltre che nel mercato domestico italiano, dove viene destinato il 60% del materiale prodotto, GSI ceramica è presente nei mercati internazionali con il 40% della sua produzione. La presenza di GSI nel mondo si estende dai paesi Europei, ai paesi emergenti dell’Est, all’area Asiatica ed Araba fino alla Nuova Zelanda. Sostenuta dalla spinta della domanda di prodotti di qua-lità superiore, GSI ceramica prosegue nella sua politica di espansione nella fascia più evoluta dei diversi mercati.

Other than the domestic market where 60% of the production is destined, GSI is also present in the inter-national markets where it places 40% of its production, mostly in European countries, in emerging countries of the East, the Asian and Arab countries,up to New Zea-land. Supported by the great demand of products with superior quality, GSI pursues in its policy of expanding in the most evolved segments of various markets.
