With over 33 years of solid experience and expertise together with our devoted staffs, Emaux has evolved from a

Swimming Pool and Spa Equipment manufacturer to a company that is focused in Water Technology. A company that

provides solutions to clients in water related issues.

The product range of Emaux has grown from Swimming Pool & Spa

Equipment to include equipment for the newly formed divisions which

Emaux had specif ically setup. These divisions are Spa & Whirlpool,

Fountain and Water Treatment which function in conjunction with our

Swimming Pool Equipment division. The aim of forming these divisions is

to better cater the various needs of our clients.

The evolution of Emaux was made possible by our strategic decision in moving into our new purpose-built production

facil ity in Zhong Shan, China and our commitment in quality which are highlighted in our Accreditation. All these

2Emaux , a subs id ia ry o f A r thu r Group w i th over 33 years experience in the swimming pool industry

has evolved into an integrated production centre for

equipment relating to water technology. Such dynamic

evolution was part of Emauxs vision to focus and to add

value on the usage and application of water. Emaux has

four divisions specialising in Swimming Pool Equipment,

Spa & Whi r lpoo ls Equipment , Founta in and Water

Treatment Equipment.

INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY

Our expertise in the four divisions was taken to new heights

when Emaux constructed a 80,000sqm purpose-built-production

facil ity in Zhong Shan, China. The new facil ity has not only

increased our product ion capabi l i ty but enabled Emaux to

further direct its energy and efforts to streamline our production

method with the use of latest hi-tech production equipment. Our

R&D department benefited from the new production facility by

enhancing the development of our new and innovative products

in house.

The importance of Product Development is highlighted using our in-depth market analysis/research data, as it plays an

integral role in our forward-thinking process because it helps to anticipate the future needs and trends of the market. Aside

This expansion was part of our strategic goal to fulfil

the increasing demand of swimming pool equipment

from Australia and the Oceanic Region. Emaux Water

Technology has a warehouse capacity of approximately

2400sqm which stores a wide variety of Emaux products

for distribution and provides consultation service on the

use of Emaux products, after-sales service and is also

a servicing facility.

The expansion is also part of our aim to increase the

global awareness of Emaux as a brand that customers

can depend upon and a brand that speaks for i ts

quality, reliability, functionality and with a reputation

that is unsurpassed by others.

our clients. To meet the various safety

standards of different countries, Emaux

embarked on the project of having our

products cer t i f ied wi th In ternat ional

Approved Standards Organisation.

Starting from the factory, i t had been

ce r t i f i ed w i t h ISO9001:2000 wh i ch

consists of standards and guidel ines

relating to quality management system

and related support ing standards. The ISO 9001:2000 standard

provides a clear framework for taking a systematic approach in

managing Emaux processes so that the product satisfies customers'

expectations.

Our accreditations also lies in our products which are specifically

targeted to the countries that Emaux are distributing its products to.

For the European Union (EU), Emaux products had been certified with CE. CE is

a mandatory conformity mark which certifies that a product has met EU consumer

safety, health and environmental requirements.

Emaux has taken a step further to ensure the safety of our goods is above the

standing EU requirement with TUV GS. The TUV GS mark is a voluntary test-mark

which indicates that the product was tested and certified for safety according to the

German Equipment Safety Law by a trustworthy, independent institute. The TUV

GS mark is a type-approved mark, followed by periodic factory inspections covering

the quality system for the products production. During the factory inspection,

evaluation is made on the implementation of the quality system as relevant for the production, the production environment, and

production related testing and measurement equipment. In short, the GS mark is attached to a product to highlight that a third

party has tested its safety and that a continuous production control is maintained.

EUROPEAN UNION

7QUALITY CONTROL

With the expansion of our overseas off ice in Austral ia,

i t is paramount that Emaux conforms to the governing

regulations of Australia and New Zealand. Hence, Emaux

had undergone the the certif ication of SAA and C-Tick.

C- t ick is a compulsory mark used in accordance wi th

its governing regulations for all electrical and electronic

products sold in the Australian and New Zealand markets

that meets the EMC requirement. I t must be tested to

the appropriate standard for conformity verif ication by a

registered testing laboratory.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

A number of our products had been certified with SASO.

SASO (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) is the sole

standardisation body in the Saudi Kingdom, and is entrusted

with all activities relating to standards and measurements

which include the formulat ion and approval of nat ional

standards for al l commodit ies and products as wel l as

standards concerned with metrology, calibration, marking

and identification of commodities and products, methods of

sampling, inspection and testing.

MIDDLE EAST- Saudi Arabia

When it comes to the US Market, Emaux made certain that

our products meet the safety standards developed by the

American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters

(UL) and o thers . Products w i th e i ther the UL or ETL

Marking are proof that they were independently tested by a

Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) for safety

and we are committed to the periodically inspections by

NRTL to verify continued compliance. Both the UL and ETL

Marks are evidence on our product safety suited to the US

Market.

circulation pump, air blower, control box and base. It has been engineered uniquely for pond and water garden.

Biological fi ltration is the essential part of the Nitrogen Cycle. It is an effective way

to remove ammonia and break down into nitrites. Nitrites will then be transformed to nitrates which are required for the growth of aquatic plants. It can be done by using naturally occurring bacteria and offering a place for it to be active in the special fi ltration media where it is exposed to large amount of oxygen and food.

The process begins when fi sh consume and then excrete ammonia. The ammonia

is eaten by the bacteria in the fi lter and form nitrite which is poisonous to fi sh and

has to be taken out. Nitrite will then be eaten by another kind of bacteria in the fi lter which form nitrate which normally to be used by plant as fertilizer. This cycle

repeats itself by natural.

RGB Series Underwater Light

Our new LED lighting series, taking advantage of the state-of-art RGB lighting technology,

provides fantastic light effect and incomparable pool experience with low power consumption,

which makes it an important and indispensable part in perfecting your pool design.

Imagine plunging yourself into a swimming pool with our RGB LED, the mix of colours and

light effect will create an ambiance that eases the strains of the daily stress, relaxes your

mind, or with the different setting create a vibtant atmosphere. The RGB LED will simply

take your pool expeerience into a new dimension.

Powered by LED technology of the future a RGB LED light consumes only 24W with power

supply of 12V DC, which is highly energy-efficient and can save up to 80% electricity

compared to traditional lighting systems;

Long life cycle of over 30,000 hours

The RGB LED light is capable of emitting high lumen of light, in addition the colours are

real in a sense they are not synthesized by more than one LED and each comes from one

specifi c LED; there are totally 8 effects for a light (6 stationary colours , 1 soft and 1 rapid

light sequences) .
