Turn regular icing into modelling icing that is easy to work with and dries hard. To make mix 1 teaspoon powder into 250g ready to roll icing (sugarpaste). Ingredients: Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose 50g NET Vegan, Halal, Kosher and Allergen Free.
Cookie Stamp Boxed Sets
1. Grease the stamp with white vegetable fat.
2. Paint over details using edible shimmer.
3. Press stamp onto rolled icing, marzipan, chocolate paste etc (apply pressure using an acrylic block or simply roll over the stamp with a rolling pin).
4. Cut out shape with matching cookie cutter.
5. Attach to baked cookie with apricot jam or butter-cream.
