Materiale nobile senza tempo l’acciaio e’ un materiale eterno, riciclabile al 100% e sinonimo di igiene.

I prodotti speciali di Bautek sono realizzati utilizzando solo i migliori acciai inossidabili.

L’AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) e’ un acciaio inox austenico che contiene dal 18% al 20% di Cromo e dall’8% al 10%

di Nichel, composizione che conferisce al materiale la migliore resistenza alla corrosione.

L’AISI316 (1.4401) e’ una lega ancora piu’ pregiata, che grazie al Molibdeno aumenta ulteriormente

la resistenza alla corrosione. Questo materiale e’ particolarmente adatto per l’uso in esterno

anche in ambiente ad elevata salinita’.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless steel is a noble, timeless material which lasts forever, is 100% recyclable and highly

hygienic. Bautek’s custom-made products are manufactured exclusively with the best-quality

stainless steel. AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) is an austenitic stainless steel with a content of 18%-20%

of Chrome and 8%-10% of Nickel, a composition which confers to this material the very best

resistance to corrosion. AISI 316 (1.4401) is an even more precious alloy, which thanks to its

Molybdenum content has an even higher resistance to corrosion.

This material is particularly adapted to an outdoor use also in a salt-rich environment.

FINISH

The stainless steel finish is the real trademark of Bautek. A distinctive element

which couples aesthetics and functionality, and underscores a continuous

research for the best ergonomics and practicality of use. For this reason Bautek

has a whole department dedicated to finishes with a century of experience

recommended the Spazzolato Foster® surface, the ideal compromise between

abrasion resistance and easy cleaning.

Finitura opaca. Realizzata per mezzo di un complesso procedimento di erosione

meccanica. Realizzabile anche su alcune zone lavaggio e cottura.

Matt finish, obtained by a complex procedure of mechanical erosion. It can be partially

obtained also on washing and cooking areas.

spazzolato foster®

Finitura brillante. Ottenuta mediante spazzolatura con fibre vegetali, ha un aspetto

spazzolato brillante. La ridotta rugosita’ superficiale privilegia la facilita’ di pulizia.

Abbinamento perfetto con tutti i prodotti Foster.

Shiny finish, obtained by a brushing process involving the use of natural fiber brushes.

The surface has a brilliant satin look. The very low superficial ruggedness makes

it very easy to clean. It’s a perfect match with all the Foster built-in products.

Finitura opaca, ottenuta mediante una particolare lavorazione irregolare risulta

avere il caratteristico aspetto vissuto. Realizzabile anche su alcune zone lavaggio

e cottura.

Matt finish, obtained by a distinctive irregular finish which gives a “used” look to the

surface. It can be partially obtained also on washing and cooking areas

scotch-brite

Finitura satinata. Ottenuta per spazzolatura e’ la piu’ comune tra la finiture uniformi.

Standard finish obtained by brushing, it’s the most common among the uniform finishes.

B-sand

Finitura opaca. La superficie ruvida, presenta striature irregolari e non e’ riflettente.

Matt finish. The rugged surface shows irregular streaks and is not reflective.

Finitura satinata. Ottenuta per spazzolatura ha una rugosita’ accentuata che

conferisce all’acciaio una colorazione argentata.

Brushed finish, obtained by brushing and with a high ruggedness which gives the steel

a silvery colour.

Anche quello che non si vede e’ importante. Per questo motivo i prodotti Bautek sono

sempre realizzati con materiali di primissima scelta. I supporti strutturali infatti sono

realizzati in alveolare di alluminio o in legno listellare ultraleggero. Materiali nobili

che garantiscono pesi ridotti, ottima planarita’ e garanzia nel tempo. Disponibile inoltre

supporto base in nobilitato.

UNDER THE SKIN

Also that which is unseen is important. For this reason the Bautek products are always

manufactured with first-choice materials. The structural supports are thus obtained

from honeycomb aluminium panels or from ultra-light wood. Noble materials which

ensure light weight, an excellent flatness and durability.

A basic chipboard support is also available.

anche le zone di lavaggio e cottura possono essere

personalizzate. Integrati nel piano speciale oppure

realizzati per essere incassati su altri tipi di

materiali, il lavello e il piano cottura

diventano esclusivi, incomparabili.

Also the washing and cooking areas can be

personalised, with care to maintain compliance to

certifications and norms. Either fully integrated

in the worktop or manufactured to be built-in on

other materials, the sink and the cooker hob become

exclusive and unique items.
