The CIRCUM system is shipped pre-assembled for optimum ease of installation. Fastenings are available for installation into floors,stringers and for side attachment to balconies and stairwells.


• Finish: Brushed 240 grain.

• Top Rail: Natural wood or stainless steel; 1-1/2” (38 mm) or 2-1/2” (62 mm) outside diameter.

• Posts: Round tubular upright in stainless steel 1-15/16” (49 mm) diameter. Maximum post spacing = 51-3/16” (1300 mm).

Introduce color into your design with HEWI Nylon. This innovative railing system combines strength and durability with its structural steel core. The smooth, pore-free nylon offers a hygienic gripping surface that requires virtually no maintenance.

• Available in a wide range of color with wood railing options.

• Exceptional performance is a given. HEWI Nylon systems provide outstanding structural strength, chemical resistance and hygienic qualities.

• Infill materials are available in glass, stainless steel perforated panels, and nylon cross member rods.

• Standard and custom designs — solutions to satisfy your design concepts and technical standards.

HEWI Nylon railings are designed and fabricated for stair guardrailand wall handrail applications. The component system allows theflexibility to provide solutions for any building requirements.

• Materials: Nylon/wood or nylon/stainless steel; outside dimensionsare 1-9/16” (40 mm) and 1-5/16” (33 mm). Typical wall thicknessof nylon tubes is 5/64” (5 mm); continuous load-bearing,corrosion-resistant steel core throughout. Wood rail systemsinclude natural wood handrails with HEWI Nylon elbows, supports,connectors, fasteners and panel holders.

• Color: HEWI Nylon railing systems are available in HEWI’s selectcolor line as well as various wood finishes.

Optik is the ultra-minimalist alternative to the traditional glass shoe rail. It creates theimpression of complete transparency with structural glass panels. Handrail attachment brackets match the discreet stainless steel mounting hardware for a fully coordinated design.

• Handrails are available in stainless steel or natural wood.

• Infill options include tempered glass in widths of 5/8” (15.8 mm) and 3/4” (19 mm) with optional handrail and 1/2” (13 mm) withrequired handrail.


Stainless steel bosses take the place of conventional posts to allow for a minimalist appearance. This system is shipped in pre-assembled sections to maximize the ease of installation. Side fastenings are available for installation.


• Finish: Brushed 240 grain.

• Top Rail: Natural wood and/or stainless steel; 1-9/16” (40 mm) or 1-1/2” (38 mm) outside diameter.

• Fastening Bosses: Pairs of stainless steel bosses vertically spaced at a minimum of 5-1/2” (140 mm) on a maximum of 45” (1143 mm) horizontal centers for 5/8” (16 mm) glass and thicker.
