The new vocabulary is then integrated with the stuctures to be taught in each unit in two reading and listening texts which deal with topics appealing to teenagers. Apart from these texts, each unit also includes a ‘Diversity’ section with general culture texts.

At the end of each unit, there is a page which combines cultural information of diff erent English-speaking countries and CLIL topics related to that information. All these pages include a webquest for students to investigate some aspect of each culture in more depth.

There is a ‘Progress check’ in each unit for students to revise and integrate what they have learnt in it.

Vocabulary is presented by means of visually impressive openings that will motivate teenage students to speak and learn.
